Review 1：Staff were not very welcoming, probably because we were a young couple (whereas most of the guests were older). Staff rushed our checkout, even though it was still within checkout hours.

Review 2：Overall very good hotel. Luxurious , spacious and well located. Very tasty and diverse breakfast.

Review 17：We liked the proximity of the hotel to the beach and the ferry to La Gomera. The hotel has a lovely 'art deco' feel and is clean and spacious. It is a haven in a very touristy area.

Review 23：We stayed one night at beginning and one night at the end of a holiday on two smaller islands. This hotel was within a short walk of the port, the beach and the bars and restaurants. Lovely rooftop pool,free WIFI, helpful staff.

Review 25：Rooftop pool was lovely. Breakfast was varied and filling. Lovely decor- lamps, atrium with stained glass windows lent the hotel more character than most other modern hotels. Right in centre of town and close to port for boats to other islands.

Review 28：The small fridge in my room had big open cracks in the casing inside. It had pools of rusty water, black dirt on the sides and the water outlet was blocked by spongy stuff i.e. BACTERIA growing in these perfect conditions. I complained and a brand new fridge was brought in immediately by pleasant housekeeper.

Review 30：The breakfast "cook" used stinking harsh fat in the frying pan. This destroyed everything she fried in the pan. After two days I had to say "no thanks" when offered fried eggs or omelette. This important detail is the only thing keeping me from giving my stay in this Hotel top score.

Review 69：We just booked in for bed and breakfast. Fresh fruit every day, food cooked to order and lovely breads. On one morning we needed to eat at 7.15. It was no problem. Got fresh sheets and towels all the time. Very clean. Assistance and advice with tours and trips.

Review 74：Sauna and fitness were closed in the weekend and also on the following Monday due to a festive day. We didnt know that in advance. We could not use the facilities we paid for. Staff was not so enthousiastic about their work, complaining to us about how busy they were, except for an amazing lady who was very kind and who gave us a lot of information. Furniture was complete, room clean, cleaning service fine. Hotel is a bit old fashioned but a lot better than the big touristic ones in that area.

Review 76：The downside of this hotel is it is a bit dated, and this reflects on the Wi Fi which was non existent in the rooms and very poor in the reception area. I resorted to using a small bar (Crostini) just round the corner, which had free blistering WiFi, and a great Rioja. The bathroom whilst very clean was very dated with a poor shower over the bath with the dreaded shower curtain. Water was hot in the evening but only warm in the mornings.

Review 77：The Location is perfect, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and kept clean, it had a small balcony which was quite nice to sit out on. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate, the icing on the cake was that they had a cook to order option as well, and this was really good.

Review 80：The breakfast was very disappointing, not a lot of choice, food never looked cooked properly or fresh, The eggs were still slimey and undercooked they had to be sent back only to get them back cooked hard and not replaced by fresh eggs. Hot water was not hot enough to make a hot drink, tables took a long time to clear as they were so understaffed, no staff to manage the bar on the outside terrace. I could go on!!!!!!!

Review 81：We had a stay of 20 days at Hotel Reveron Plaza and the we could not fault the daily cleanliness of our room. However, my hubby and I were half board and the food at breakfast is appalling!! No hot water for a cuppa, the quality of the food was not good, The bread on many occasions had mould growing on it and we found it to be very understaffed! I brought this to the attention of the Manager of the Hotel who gave me a discount and for the last week was we were room only guests. A discount of £214 was placed on my booking to which I found out on checking out that this is to be reimbursed by Booking.com. The Hotel seemed to be very understaffed and one of the Reception staff I found to be quite rude (an elderly gent). I have since found out that the Hotel is no longer family run and that it has been taken over by another Hotel chain. Considering it is a multi national hotel their English speaking was not very good! For 17 days My husband I eat out for breakfast which cost us over 10 euros a day = approx. 170 euros for the whole time we were there.

Review 128：The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The hotel caters mainly for older guests & couples and is definitely not suitable for young children as they would get bored very easily! The rooftop swimming pool is an undiscovered bonus!

Review 129：The standards were very high. Excellent choice at breakfast, including fresh fruit, freshly baked bread and full English if required. Continental choices included up to four different cheeses, meats, sausage, French toast etc, and the most excellent coffee was available as and when you wanted. The views from the restaurant were stunning as was the location of the swimming pool and the 'snack' terrace, where the food on offer was very well priced. The beds were huge and very, very comfortable. Maids attended every day to change towels and the beds, wonderful house keeping. Stayed in room 111 overlooking the square, it was just perfect. In all an excellent two weeks stay. Will be returning in November.
