Review 1：There is not a real bar in the hotel

Review 2：My wife could not join in the very last moment. The hotel changed my reservation despite the fact that it was one of the most busiest day of the year!

Review 3：Didn't find staff to be overly warm and friendly. One of my two balcony chairs visibly broken and unsightly. Small toiletries not replenished each day. First night there was no 'a la carte' menu available - rather a Grill evening for €20 or Wiener Schnitzel as the one alternative so I tried the Grill. Meat wasn't good quality and both the white bread rolls (semmels) and the sliced brown bread were completely stale and uneatable. Ate elsewhere locally on the other two evenings and got better value for money.

Review 13：We especially liked the pool and sauna area for relaxing after a day on the piste. It was particularly good being just opposite to the ski lift. There was a nice atmosphere in the bar to enjoy a drink after the evening meal.

Review 14：It clearly states on booking.com that there is Wi-Fi throughout the hotel which is incorrect. Wi-Fi only works in the guest lounge - nowhere else. This is the reason that I curtailed my booking. Parking is fairly limited.
