Review 1：Fabulous location. Rooftop adult only sun bathing terrace with two jacuzzis and wonderful sea views. Food was mostly excellent. Attentive and friendly staff.

Review 2：Some of the bar staff were very grumpy, one of the bar staff made up for the rest as he was always happy. Swimming pool was freezing as it didn't ever have the sun on it, the sea was warmer, so spent most of the time on the beach not around the pool.

Review 4：We traveled in Easter accepting it would be cooler. We chose this hotel as it advertised an indoor pool. The indoor pool was closed for renovation. Reception staff did not care. Also, they forgot to give me my passports back on check-out and didn't offer to pay any of the taxi fare I incurred when I remembered and came back. Heating in room didn't work for two days and it was cold on a night for the small children. I would not consider going back to this hotel.

Review 10：The staff were very miserable throughout - it is the end of the season and understandably tired but at some points rude and unhelpful. Cleaning outside near pool was poor and not done only occasionally by lifeguard. The beach was the worst feature of this hotel - in the advert it looks so inviting but in reality it was horrible with four feet high seaweed and a very dirty beach - no attempt to clean it and I thought it was part of the deal. The pools were freezing cold inside and out and the beach bar ran out of drinks and said that's it - finite.. not getting anymore now.. cleaning in the areas near lifts was dirty and needed a lot of work and whilst the housekeeping staff were about the only people smiling they were the most undervalued. There was a huge shortage of staff everywhere throughout the hotel and this meant waiting around or being served by a very grumpty bar tender. You felt like you shouldn't ask - but after all we all paid our money so why the grumpiness...

Review 11：We liked the reception arrival area was quite wow! but found that the rooms not amazing, but clean and kept clean throughout. We had to move as first room had light fitting hanging down and dirty walls - food was very good and wine and spirits etc exceptional for this type of hotel plenty of options for children and adults to participate if you liked to sunbeds were comfortable and seemed enough to go around the location is ok but to get to santa ponsa was either passed lots of hotels where people sunbathed or uphills generally though a nice hotel. animation were hard working.

Review 12：Pool and sunbathing area let the hotel down. It was packed and noisy and trying to get sunbeds in the morning was frustrating. It sounds like they are going to build a new pool on the car park next to hotel which is a great idea and very clearly needed. If they do I would definitely return.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Would have loved a tea when waking up early with my 2 yr old while the rest of the family slept in.

Review 25：There were not enough staff either in the bar or in the restaurant. There was no food served at the beach bar and it shut too early, ie early evening a perfect time to watch the sunset. mad dashes to put towels on sunbeds early in the morning,surely this shouldn't be permitted. The beach was being created causing a pretty unpleasant smell for the duration of our stay. On balance I would not stay at the hotel again and would not recommend it too others.

Review 29：Not have double beds but only twin beds. To make a double bed flanked by two twin beds (that move having wheels!).They only use sheets for twin beds! Very uncomfortable. The quality of the food is from discount! The beach is small and surrounded by tall buildings. It is certainly not a four star. The photos are made so as not to give an idea of how is the place. WiFi never works.

Review 31：Very cold water in really small swimming pool. Far from sand beach, Cala Blanca sand beach itself was locked by tonnes of sea grass-noone bothers to clean it. You need a car to get to the nicest beaches and restaurants in the town. I asked for late check out in empty hotel -would cost me 50 euro.

They say they offer free wifi - the signal is very low / it is not working very good or at all. Well to be honest - if you pay 200 EUR per night, the staff must care more.

Review 46：Very noisy, walls between rooms are so thin that you can hear everythingwhat people saying next to your room so I wouldn't recommend thishotel for romantic holiday at all. Swimming pool is quite small for sucha big hotel and most of the time occupied by kids, unfortunatelycouldn't even use it. Wi-fi is horrible, working just from time totime. To be honest I wouldn't rate this hotel as a 4 star hotel,good 3 star.

Review 47：We liked the size of the rooms and food variety and quality was good.Also we liked that alcohol drinks in all inclusive were good brands, notlocal. Good point that it has private beach with sunbeds, umbrellas andtowels so you don't need to pay extra for that.

Review 48：The staff did not do anything about the complaint about the sunbeds being reserved with towels all day and not used by any guests for 3-4 hours. Guests whom actually was in the pool area had to sit/lay on the floor. The pool-guy staring at the guests and did not do anything either. The guests who removed a towel from a sunbed was verbally attaced 3 hours later when the guest returned and claimed the sunbed. The sign by the pool saying that it is not allowed to reserv sunbed is a joke! The management really must do somthing about this!

Review 62：The hotel is not up to 4 star standards. On arrival we were sent to 2different rooms that had guests occupying the rooms, we were not helpedwith our luggage. The reception staff were not very hospitable orfriendly on arrival. The room lacked the following: place to put ourtooth brushes, towel rails, ventilation in the bathroom, telephone inthe room. The aircon did not work and maintenance couldn't fix it.No fans in the room either, so incredibly hot. The bar fridge did notwork either. The room was not cleaned daily, it was only tidied.Maintenance work took place in our room on a daily basis while we werein the room. We could also not speak to a manager to tell him of ourgrievances. Not all rooms have a sea view and the lift was barely bigenough for our buggy.

Review 66：The entertainment isn't great in the evening if you don't have kids with you and they need to Sort out the bar. You did need to wait in a queue for up to 20 mins so my tip would be, get a table and use the waiter service.

We went all inclusive and it was much better than we expected( drinks and food in the hotel is pricey if you arent A/I) The food - especially breakfast- was great, as was the extensive cocktail list. All drinks were branded and the white wine was really good quality. The pool isn't that big so it is a mad dash to get a sun lounger- anything after 8:45 and you have no chance! We found a great tapas bar (MALGRATS) on the main strip as the food in the area is all very 'samey', pizzas etc. if you need a taxi you are best getting one from the main square which is half the price then if you book one from reception.its about €3.5 to the main beach/ bar area. the beach wasn't quite finished when we were there but when it's done it might help with the sun bed situation. I would definitely recommend this hotel, fingers crossed they don't let it slip.

Review 68：booking was made as a group and the group was seperated form one end of the hotel to the other. Young mother with 2 year old child had a room over looking the entertainment stage until 11:30 each night. Single people in the group were at the top end away from the noise. Did not make sense really. Also the internet is hopeless. Better to buy a prepaid data card when you arrive and use your own.
