Review 1：Hospitality of the owner and very dog- friendly and clean hotel! This stay was a more than positieve surprise for us. Will definitely visit again once around!

Review 2：There was nothing about this venue that we didn't like. The staff went beyond expectations to make us feel comfortable and it was very clean. We are just disappointed that we cannot recommend this hotel to our friends or family as it seems it is to become a "men only" establishment.

Review 3：Extremely comfortable and excellent value. Wedding preparations taking place so did not feel as though you could use the full facilities eg. pool area.

Review 4：we were not advised that there was no restaurant open or bar facilities after 4.30 p.m.absolutely ludicrous!We also booked a room with balcony but were shown a tiny room with no balcony, and told that there no rooms available with a balcony.If we had known that there were no facilities we would not have booked, bit of a con really. Spoilt our anniversary as we had to drive to find a restaurant in the evening and therefore couldn't even have a drink.

Review 6：We would have liked to revisit at a later date and also recommend it to our friends but have discovered that the hotel is changing to a gay only resort, so this will now not be possible.

Review 7：The relaxed environment made our stay very pleasant. The pool was nice and the staff were very accommodating. We ate at the hotel both nights and were more than satisfied with the meals.

Review 14：Excellent room and pool area. Didn't have breakfast or dinner so can't comment. We were attending a wedding just 2km down the road so the location was perfect but there isn't anything else in the surrounding area. If you're going to just stay in one place and relax, it's perfect, but don't expect to be able to walk to nearby bars or restaurants etc.

Review 15：Totally unreasonable to accept bookings for a hotel in such a remote location when hotel is closed and unmanned on Monday's. No A/C, no black-out blind or provision to ventilate. Had to leave without breakfast as no staff to be found on Tuesday morning at 8.30am.

The breakfast was Continental cold meats, cheese etc. They also have a Sister hotel in the village and the food was also fab. The staff here a just wonderful at both hotels a huge +++

Review 22：This hotel didn't quite measure up to the high ratings we had read. We expected a nice double bed and were disappointed with 2 narrow single beds put together. The beds were basic mobile beds with no headboard and squeaked. We weren't told until after we arrived and specifically asked that the restaurant wasn't open at this time of year except at weekends. We had though been warned that it did not provide any vegetarian dishes. Breakfast does not start until 9.00am! Fine if you just want to laze around, but late if you want to get out and about. The swimming pool looked good in the photos but in reality is not big enough to swim lengths, so is only useful for splashing around in and cooling off. We found the couple who ran it not very interested in engaging with guests, one of them rather surly. On one occasion when we were talking in our room with the door open,he came to tell us that we might be disturbing other guests and to "remember this is not your home"! There was only one other couple in the hotel at the time and it was in the daytime. It was a comment worthy of Basil Fawlty.

Review 27：Finca Fabiola is place in the middle of the mountains with amazing views. It has very well maintained, cleaned and lovely facilities. The rooms a beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. The owners also have a tapas restaurant in the town which serves new tasty and cheap Spanish food.

Review 30：constant barking of dogs in the neighbourhood. We were told the locas hunt and these were hunting dogs but the noise day and night spoilt the tranquillity of the place for us. The room was quiet with the patio door closed. Also locked up at 9pm and we had problems opening the gate.

The advertising makes no relation to the restaurant not being open in August. Though not a huge problem we spend a lot of time driving and was looking forward to just parking up and staying put for a couple of days.

Due to late stages of pregnancy Fabiola specifically gave us the ground floor room so that I didn't have to go up and down the stairs. The situation was lovely only a couple of Km's outside of Finestrat. The Finca was immaculate and there was a real family feel. Lovely location for a long weekend.
