Review 1：The family room I booked is separated from the neighboring bunk-bed room by only a wood panel and every single noise can be heard.
Review 2：the location in the mountain between spectacular Masca and the western coast of Tenerife is very enjoyable.
Review 3：The views. Wifi. Facilities. It is the most modern place around 100 km radius. We were amazed - we thought is is going to be just a typical mountain shed.
Review 4：No english spoken. Bed not confortable. The common room is freezing. No heater. The shower was broken, therr was water everywhere. There was no hot water the second night i was there. Very limited time for check in (between 5-8 pm). But i arrived at 5 and the room was not ready. They were expected other guests that night but the lady left at 8 even if they were not arrived. They arrived later and i was alone there. The lady was not answering the phone which is supposed to be for emergency. . So I had to gave them blankets from my room and they slept in their car.

Review 8：I went here to relax and get some peace in the lovely remote rural area however i could hear EVERY little noise from the neighbouring two rooms as the connecting doors were so thin. One night I was woken repeatly by a baby screaming it felt like the family were in my room. Then enduring some rather intimate noises from the couple - very uncomfortable. The kitchen was huge but there was only a tiny hotplate amicrowave and a toaster to use to cook. The whole place was freezing no heating at all in the communal area. Although stated there was no wifi in my room.
Review 9：The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The member of staff i met was very friendly. Great location although up in the clouds. Fun roads to reach it.
Review 10：Be aware that the village is very small, you've got to drive to nearby towns to buy food and stuff.
Review 11：Location is perfect, silence and relaxation is guarantied. The property is surrounded by mountains with hiking paths and breathtaking views. Tip: the road from the side of Buenavista-del-Norte seems to be much easier to drive, then the road from Santiago-del-Teide, but the latter is extremely picturesque.
