Review 1：My room was next to the SPAR which made it a little noisy, it did not really bother me but people that are very noise sensitive should ask for a room in the back.

Review 5：The lighting in our room and the common area was OK but not really good enough for reading a book (maybe we are getting old :). The manager spoke excellent English and always responded to us in English. However, the other staff spoke enough English to communicate with us but they always spoke to us (quickly) in German. They may have been shy. So every time we communicated with them during our 3 day stay we had to remind them that we understood only very basic German. We are sorry we do not speak better German.

Review 6：Very nice staff, comfortable room, modern bathroom, nice breakfast buffet, easy parking, well located to access hikes, restaurants, ski lift and the price quality ratio is excellent. We were there on Christmas day and we received lovely sweets and a decorative soap. A very nice touch - thank you.

Review 7：Claudia (owner) looked after our every need and ensured we had a great time. Facilities, bathroom, bed, sauna, room were all new, top class, and well maintained. Staff were, helpful, alert and friendly. All in all a good find.

Review 9：Expect a modern, nicely decorated chalet hotel. Beds are good and bathroom is brand new. Our room had a large balcony overlooking the valley. Breakfast was very good, with much choice (even although it was low season). In the near surrounding you can walk to a number of restaurants. Definitely a good home base for your summer holiday in the Austrian mountains.

Review 13：This is the most magnificent hotel of those I've visited in 7 countries for their 2 week trip. Before that we were in the 4 and 5 star hotels, but this one is special. All designed to trifles. breakfast is very tasty. Internet is very fast. the hotel is new and very comfortable. Brand city is in a great location in the mountains, where several lines lifts to the mountain lakes and ski slopes. I really want to go back again in the fall in Brand. I fell in love with this place. Thanks to the owners of the hotel, Frau and Herr Mayer, for what made our holiday great.
