Review 1：We stayed in a junior suite. This is real disappointment! When we arrived our room was very cold. Bathroom floor was icegold. Personal tryed to fix it twice but couldn't. You can hear music from the lobby and nabers to your room! Tap water smells bad! Towels you get are extra tiny from 90-s. Beds are very uncomfortable and tiny! Stay away if you have back problems! No phone, refrigerador, water kettle in the room. Breakfast was poor.

Review 3：The reception staff were very happy to put our champagne in the fridge while we were at dinner (their restaurant was closed on Sunday night). We sat on our deck overlooking the lake to enjoy it. The 18hole mini golf was fun to play in such splendid, beautifully maintained surroundings. Our pre ordered breakfast was waiting at a table, just for us.

Review 4：The same soothing melody that seemed to play whole day long in the lobby and restaurant area (I could hear it in my room also) might get a bit annoying in the end...

Review 5：I stayed for only one day and did not use much other facilities than my room and the restaurant, which were both fine enough to fill all my needs and leave a pleasant impression. I liked the quiet and beautiful location in the middle of nature and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

Review 6：The ventilation in the rooms didn't seem to be working and the windows in the ground floor twin rooms couldn't be opened.

Review 14：This is the best hotel in Otepä if you want peace and quiet. the view is super,over a lake or to the forest. rooms are big and beautiful. if you want a terasse rent junior suite or just suite.

Review 15：The twin beds are really narrow; in junior's suite sauna-water runs to the bathroom filling the whole floor and staying there. If other guests are smoking on their balconies you will smell it.

Review 16：Situated in beautiful countryside surroundings by a small lake to which there is the scenery from the room. Very friendly personel, a good breakfest, quiet. Rooms have large balconies.

Review 17：No air conditioning in rooms. We had 3 rooms in 2 of them there was a fan, but in one of the rooms there was nothing except for small window - big disadvantage if travelling there in summer. There was no fridge in any of the rooms, even in junior suit, but we had a possibility to leave stuff in kitchen's fridge over night.

Review 19：Super-friendly personnel, they went out of their way to serve us! After staying in the hotel we went to a kids' sports camp and the organizers forgot to tell us that we need to bring bedsheet/pillow/blanket - so we asked the hotel whether we can borrow and they were very kind to provide them free of charge for a whole week :) Besides the hotel itself seems very new, clean and nicely decorated, the rooms are big, the surrounding is very well-cared and beautiful, breakfast has good variety. Some rooms have balconies / terraces to take sun or chill on a nice summer day.

Review 20：Water smells. I do not know if it possible to do something with it, but I tried to drain in for a while and it didn't solve the problem, unfortunately. Otherwise it is the only thing I can claim about.

Review 25：The hotel is good, but You can see that it has been used a while. Some parts in the room are broken or shaggy. Breakfast very good, nice choice of meals. The junior suite (15th) with the sauna is a very good place to relax, balcony with nice view.

Ja isegi Papagoi oli Hotellis kes kogu aeg rääkis) Oleme Otepääl iga aasta käinud aga sellises Pärlis pole veel ööbinud. Soovitame seda hotelli kindlasti ka teistele. Kui lahkusime pani hotelli personal ka meile hotelli poolt meened kaasa. Nägu oli naerul terve päev.) kindlasti tuleme tagasi.

Review 84：No double bedrooms? Beds quite soft. The suites could use a couple of comfortable seats - there was only one wooden chair in the room.

Review 85：This is a nice and a very new small hotel. We took a suite with a sauna and liked it very much. Breakfast is ok, nothing extraordinary, but you have to be there early. On Sunday morning they even had pancakes. You can have a dinner and drinks at the same place and it is ok, but you will have better choices elsewhere in the town. Staff was very friendly.
