Review 1：Very enjoyable and atmospheric location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Gourmet breakfast. We are pleased to be going back. I would highly recommend

Review 2：They do not speak any English and will try to rip you off if you speak limited German. The afternoon and night staff was extremely rude.

Review 14：The creaky stairs and floor boards , which did once wake me when someone walked on them . It may be al little petty to complain - but there was no soap. I was only staying a night , taking a break from Berlin and did not have any with me .

Review 18：It wasn't where I thought I was staying. When I made the booking, I saw a room description and pictures for a different location. I guess the first location was booked, and this was their overrun? I didn't enjoy sleeping above the train station, and I didn't like the fact that there was no shower. The staff was friendly but did not speak English and so there was no expectation of what was going on.
