Review 1：all ok. but think directions need to include "same side as church and just beyond it". we took a while finding place, starting with asking a local who didnt speak english.

Review 3：We liked this pension as it was very reasonably priced. We had an excellent Menu del dia for €9. We were walking the Camino del Norte and this pension proved to be an excellent choice.

Review 8：We were moved to another place were it was like a prison! The showers with his curtains were yellow instead of white. Due the trouble they offered us a free breakfast, afterwards was i t1 croissaint! Dont go here!

Review 27：It is literally 30seconds walk from the train station and a 20min train ride into San Sebastian. The little town it's in is fantastic and has everything you would need. Our room was very clean and spacious and the staff couldn't speak much English which I can't really complain about but they we're fantastic! I would happily stay here again.

Review 57：when I went into bar with booked accomadiation from booking.com she was trying to sell me a room for 30 euros not realising I had paid 39 euros with booking .com., no english spoken no attempt made to speak spanish slowely to help me understand , It was a matter of give me your money and go away, the road is full of cheaper accomadiation and probaly just as good or better
Review 58：The price and location are excellent for a start to the GR11. Near the railway station and town centre. The dinner value at €9 was excellent - not haute cuisine, but good solid fare.

Review 61：Bathroom was small, access to W.C. very tight. Concertina door to bathroom poor & general cleanliness of the bathroom not up to scratch. There was a large, very boisterous group of youngsters who were smoking, occupying the rest of the rooms on floor 3, the night we stayed. They appeared to be running the shower continuously for a couple of hours in the shared bathroom. No smoke detectors evident which made me uneasy. No hot water the morning of our departure, therefore no shower.

Review 66：when I contacted them for direction, they didn't have any one speaking ENGLISH and put the phone down on me and I couldn't contact them again. I had to ask shops to get to them. The service is rubbish, there is no car parking facilities, there was no shampoo in the bathroom. there was no air conditioning unit in the room. It is very bad value for money and too expensive. It shouldn't be advertised on your web site for this price as it is misleading to the quality and service offered to your customers. I wouldn't keep it on your web site as it gives a bad impression on the good service that you provide.
