Review 1：Parking! Lots of car paint scratches on walls as testament to narrow, steep, tight-cornered access....glad I didn't meet anyone on way in or out as reversing would have been a nightmare
Review 2：Our first night was a Saturday night & the traffic noise in our room facing the street was an issue but when I told the staff they immediately offered to change us into a room in the back for our second night...infact they put us in a higher grade room with spa bath & all the trimmings. Breakfast lived up to expectations as a NH hotel

Review 10：Warm welcome on arrival, tastefully modernised bedrooms with nice amenities eg nespresso machine. Great location in city centre. Excellent buffet breakfast. Ourense itself is a gem, seems little visited by non Spanish tourists. Well worth a stopover to stroll around the old part and later enjoy the tapas.

The Staff is simply great, very helpful, and always available to satisfy the needs of the guests. The welcome packets, bottle of water, and almond sweets were very thoughtful. The breakfast has a lot of variety with typical tapas from the region. Everything is immaculate clean and kept. Wifi for free!!! Very good price for the room. Will be more than glad to stay in this GRAND HOTEL again. My two kids loved it, my wife loved it, and I loved it a lot too!!! Just keep it up!!!
