Review 1：Tha spa access was included and the spa itself was very nice. Room was very spacious. Breakfast buffet was very good and lots of space in the eating area.

Review 2：Long queues in the restaurants for a dinner. In Easy Kitchen you should be ready for at least 1,5 hrs of waiting for a meal to come.

Review 4：Room cleaning service requires further improvement. Breakfasts are of lower range and quality, comparing to other Hotel chains in Finland - assuming it is linked to the lower cost for accommodation, comparing to other Hotel chains.

Review 8：1. The hotel practically expects us to pay for every step. Price for the spa tripled during the last 2-3 years – from 5 to 16 EUR per person! Parking used to be free. 2. Most of the customers have problems with electric lockers in the Spa area. One hour gap between the Morning Swimming and Day Swimming is very inconvenient. 3. Sunday breakfast was worse than Saturday breakfast, and an associate was practically rude demanding breakfast coupons from my wife. 4. Intentionally, or not, but at the checkout, they tried to make me pay with a credit card – the visa debit card didn’t worked at first. One hour later it worked just fine with another receptionist…

Review 9：Facilities are quite modern and well maintained. Most of the things are under one roof. We got upgraded to a Villa room (other rooms were booked). Nice area, close to the Angry Birds Park.

Review 10：every sport activities were for extra charge, nothing was free. Other hotels where we have visited they were free, for examle gym activities. Spa was very rambling.

Review 17：The food at the restaurant O'Learys was not worth the price. I hadthe worst chicken burger ever.I booked the rooms through booking.com and adjusted the booking a few days before the trip. The adjustments had not gone through to the hotel even though I had received a confirmation by email.
