Review 1：I liked everything about my stay here in Santa ponsa park, the hotel is clean the staff are friendly and the food is good. I haven't one thing to complain about with this hotel

Review 3：Good selection of food. Friendly staff. However, it seemed to me that it caters mainly for elderly couples as 80% of the visitors were 65+.

Review 6：The reception staff were unbelievably rude, extremely unhelpful and constantly dismissive. On arrival, we were asked to pay for our hotel accommodation to then be told to come back tomorrow as our room was not ready! They provided us with a room at another hotel for the night although when we arrived, they had no idea how many they needed to accommodate which further confused and delayed our check-in process. This was a terrible start to our holiday. Our room was decent although there was no air-conditioning in 30 degree heat, the shower leaked, there was not enough chairs on the balcony, the room occasionally smelt of smoke and the paintings were not straight - these small things really let a so called 4 star hotel down. Very unfortunate. We received "all inclusive" compensation for the room inconvenience.

Review 7：The animations, bar, and dining staff were friendly, kind, and constantly at our service. The location was absolutely perfect; a short 5 minute walk to the beach and to plenty of restaurants and bars; a short bus journey from Palmer, Magaluf and Port D'Andrex.

Review 19：Refused to activate air conditioning even though it was 24 degrees. Tiny pillows. Asked for extra pillows twice but never got them. All inclusive drinks were poor. Food very repetitive. Only one socket worked in room. Definitely not 4 star!!
