All of the accommodations at Morasol Suites have a kitchenette with microwave and fridge. They also have large windows offering panoramic views.

Review 1：No entertainment for children none at all place was just flat kids hated it had to pay for wifi around the hotel which I think it should be free for the money we paid to stay in the hotel,would never stay there again it's not for families.

Review 3：The Jacuzzi on the roof is not heated so that was a let down. Also the shower in our room suddenly changed temperature and squalled me during my shower.

Review 5：No lifeguard on duty. Towels draped on the majority of the sunloungers in the poolside area every morning despite signs stating that these were not to be reserved.

Review 16：Morasol Suites is a clean and welcoming hotel,staff are friendly and very helpful. Ideally situated near to Puerto Rico centre yet still quiet and relaxing by the pool and in rooms.

Review 17：Internet was far too expensive. €25 for one connection per week (which can be used on any device but not at the same time). It took ages for the system to register when one device was disconnected so that th connection could be used on another device. Doors to patio were very difficult to open. Although the hotel is within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants, the walk is very difficult in the heat. There was no shop at the hotel which would have been useful. Very little entertainment. Not enough shaded areas by the pool. The parasols do not provide enough shade on very hot days. No food available very late in the evening if arriving on a late flight. We arrived after 11pm. We were very hungry and were told that there was no food available unless we took a taxi. This was very surprising for a 4 star hotel.

Review 18：There was a good choice available at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Problems were sorted out immediately upon request. Pool was lovely and warm. Nice views over the marina. Close to the marina for boat trips.

Review 20：In a very hilly place like PUERTO RICO the MORASOL SUITES,are in an excellent position ,on the flat ,easy accessible to the fit and able traveler and to those with mobility difficulties.A great view over the busy marina and a lovely pool.The hotel had a lot more sun exposure than i expected seeing it was set so close to the rock face.Room that we were given was very nice and spacious.

Review 21：- Free wi-fi offered on the website. They omit to mention that it's only in the lobby -not even in the breakfast room. If you want wi-fi elsewhere it's an extra cost.- SAFE IN THE ROOM offered in the website. But if you want to use it, it's at an extra cost. Final one: Quality of breakfast: poor. Really, really poor.

Review 24：We usually stay next door in marina suites but stayed here for self catering. Absolutely perfect, great apartment, BBQ & solarium with jacuzzi. So peaceful. Staff can't help enough, great food and drink prices too!!

Review 25：I like to sit on the veranda in the evenings and relax before dinner but the marina view veranda was much too hot to go out in until dark. For one person it is expensive for the apartment.

Review 41："Disappointing "experience, no hot water to have a shower and toilet would not flush....... I explained to reception I was going for a special night out and could they make hot water a priority for me!! No one arrived to rectify this problem, no shower until the next day ! Overall a very disappointing experience , no apologies made , not what I expected from a 5 star hotel!!

Review 44：pretty much everything. Staff are really helpful, room-service is of a good quality and reasonably priced. Pool is nice and there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Rooms are of a very high standard, beds are comfy, Kitchen came with appliances that one would not expect (blender, juicer, coffee machine, microwave) Very high level of cleanliness across the room, building and grounds.

Review 45：We couldn't really fault Morasol Suites. The staff can't do enough for you, the accommodation is very clean and comfortable and the pool was great. All in all we had the perfect, relaxing holiday and would definitely recommend Morasol Suites to others.

Review 46：Would highly recommend these suites, great location, 5 min walk to the beach and on the flat. Centre is about 15 mins walk away. Very clean hotel, big pool and plenty of sun loungers. Didn't eat at hotel so can't comment on food.

Review 47：The staff all through the hotel were very knowledgeable and helpful at all times. The location was approx 3/4 mins walk from the beach and it was a flat walk. (unlike most hotels in peurto rico). Even the bike rental place didnt need a deposit as we were staying in this hotel.

Review 114：Had booked a one bedroom apartment, but room was more like studio...was no door to a separate bedroom...you had to walk through bedroom area to get to rest of apartment. Did hotel BBQ, it was extremely disappointing, quality of food was very poor...would guess some was actually pre cooked. Quantity of food was appalling...was like two long rolls chopped up between forty people...asked for more and one small plate arrived. Was one small tub of vanilla ice cream between forty people...we got none and they said they'd no more...vanilla ice cream is cheap can't believe they were so scabby.
