Review 1：Staff were not informed and could not answer questions. Very few of the staff spoke or understood English. Very remote location with no food options other than one cafeteria style "restaurant". Loud music late into the night on most nights. Pools were not maintained and the resort grounds were very poorly maintained.

Review 3：They weren't expecting us. Didn't have the rooms we had booked.Unlimited internet for two weeks at a cost of 65 Euros expired after 1day. We had to constantly fight with reception to have it renewed. Onlysuitable for all inclusive holidays. Bar and restaurant very surprisedanyone might want to pay cash. We were the only English speaking guests.

I got my Diving certificate and I enjoy a lot with all the staff for the hotel: lobby, bell boy, animation team, bar and restaurant waiters, chefs, etc..... I recommend Marsa alam and I recomend Coral Hills
