Review 1：Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Guest appartments provide more privacy compared to an hotel. Foodies have excellent opportunity to dine in Pühajärve Restaurant.

Review 2：Pricey. Someone left clothing in our room and the staff didn't notice it. However, the hotel and service are on the high level.

Review 5：It was excellent stay, really clean, nice new design, helpful staff, rooms are noise proof. But some things was special: soft bed sheets, seems like from really good quality of fabric and great restaurant (must visit!), on this evening we had a beautiful live singer. Sauna on the top floor is private and cosy with amazing view. Location really close to the beach, nice stay at summer, but definitely good for a winter time, there is a perfect nature for skiing, dryer for clothes in the room and ski maintenance room.

Review 13：Had an excellent time here. I came for a few days of cross-country skiing and I was very positively surprised. My apartment was very large and comfortable. Nice bed, different pillows to chose from, great view and private WiFi for each room - even comes with free beers and cider in the fridge! The cross-country tracks start immediately outside the hotel, which is all I could wish for. As the hotel was not so busy, they didn't have their regular sauna service in the evenings but instead offered me private sauna when I felt like it - what more can you wish for! The staff were very friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Review 14：Room was cleaned a little bit sloppy. Air conditioner allowed only cooling air, not heat. Because outside was rany, the room was cold and moist.

Review 15：Pühajärve lake was right otside, very comfortable to those who is visiting some Pühajärve lake concerts. Nice view from terrace. Kichen was supplied with everything you can imagine (fridge, glasses, oven, dishwasher, cutting board, knifes, plates aso). In roon was drying cabinet wich was helpful in rainy days.

Review 18：cosy, spacious and clean rooms with new modern furniture. Got free upgrade to family room with 2 bedrooms instead of 1 bedroom as we ordered. Very supportive staff at the check in and at the restaurant. Very nice and picturesque nature around, the hotel room overlooked the lake and we could enjoy the sunset. Very good restaurant with delicious food, quality live music and summer terrace. Not cheap but is worth it. Bicycle lane and hiking path around the lake, gym and other sports facilities in the neighbourhood. We will definitely come back their again.
