Review 1：The noise from the entertainment could be heard on all floors of the hotel, although it didn't go on too late thankfully!

Review 2：The pool and sun deck right by the sea was lovely.

Review 3：Only some minor things: A ramp is missing, it's a bit difficult to take the bags inside. Wifi is poor. The hotel is very clean, but somehow they don't give us soaps when cleaning. There is a beach infront of the hotel with a lot of sun beds. Other guests leave their towels on these beds, so it was impossibble to find any free place during our one week stay.

Review 11：I was delighted with my room and lovely sea views across the bay. Good home cooking type of food and plenty of it. We had booked full board and found this a good idea. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hopefully will be returning next year.

Review 17：We paid 42 euro/night for a room with a balcony that had a view ofthe sea, so we can't complain about much. The room was sparse, andthe beds weren't so comfortable, but the proximity to the crystalclear beach (not to mention their pool on the shoreline with multipleloungers in both the sun and the shade) couldn't be beat. The staffwas friendly and even printed our boarding pass for us.

Review 20：The breakfast started too late (at 8am) and the period of the lunch and dinner was a little bit short (1,5 hours), which system caused little difficulties in planning our daily program and to be in dining room in time.

Review 42：There was trouble with the air conditioning in our room.It just wasn't working! When reported, there was very little done - it needed a part - not available - had to come from Barcelona or Madrid - explanation given with a shrug of shoulders - this is Spain!! I don't think this is good enough. As a result we spent some very hot times with no relief from the heat, we were not even offered a fan. However we tried not to let it spoil our holiday.

Review 43：We liked the location very much. We were staying with just B and B which suited us well as the selection in the dining room was limited. The proximity to the beach gave a good alternative to being around the pool and there were pleasant walks.

Review 45：Its a lovely quiet location should you just wish to chill around the pool or on the beach. Just a twenty minute, leisurely walk into the old town where there's plenty of shops & restaurants, that are not too 'touristy' & a great market on Sundays!

Review 46：Very rude and amateurish receptionist, whose name is Aurelia. When I asked some ice she said they don't SELL it! And if I'm upset whith that I can move to another hotel. I tried to explain that in other hotels I've been before ice is for free. She laughet at my face and said I'm stupid! After that she discussed with other guests, that I'm SUCH unnormal client. After that incident I spoke with the manager, she seemed took my side, but Aurelia never apologized. Very sad, that just one unprofesssional stuff can spoil all GOOD impression of your staying.

I came to the airport in Palma 5 min before the gate was closed. I don't need to describe all the stress. Just because the lady at the reception didn't start to solve the problem at the right time.
