Review 1：- At the gate they where not really willing to let me in, despite my reservation because they are not used to late arriving single travellers :-) - ooh please, not the panflute music throughout the premises to create a 'serene' setting at 0600 already, silence is beautiful
Review 2：- very friendly and helpful staff - great value for money - clean, tidy, spacious - English is no problem, not only do they speak it but also understand it :-) - breakfast is wonderful, plenty of choice and you can sit outside! - 8 pools, a lovely beach helpfull and friendly people everywhere

Review 4：The beach, some staff very nice, but Animation Team annoying sometimes. Esoecially when they shouted "Aqua Gym" over and over for more than 10 minutes. Some of us just want to relax in peace

Review 10：We have several complaints concerning this hotel. As stipulated on the booking, we made payment in local currency. But the hotel's exchange rate was more expensive to the dollar than any place we have exchanged. The air conditioning was not working and the temperature in the room continued to rise as the evening progressed. Our requests for service were ignored until we asked for a different room where the a/c would be working. The new room also did not have a working unit. We were given a fan and told to open a window. The rooms had thin walls and we could hear our neighbor's conversations. All the staff with one exception was unhelpful. There was a general non-trusting attitude toward guests. It felt more like a prison than a hotel.
