Review 1：I enjoyed the location it is absolutely perfect. we arrived later than expected, which was not a bother at all and you are able to pay cash or card which I think is very good. the staff were so helpful and friendly with everything and anything we had to ask. out hob wasn't working when we arrived but an electrician came out next day ( we didn't realise till 9 at night). The minute you need anything other towels toilet roll you get it there and then. Couldn't fault the hotel.

Review 2：Staff was very helpful and nice, location was great in the center and with the pubs and nightlife outside and everything was working in the slightly old apartment. The pool was clean and nice. This hotel had what I needed...! :-)

Review 3：Apartments not up to much. When turned on tap in bathroom the water also shot out from around a seal on the tap. A lot of human hair lying around which was a bit off putting. Extremley noisy at night although this didnt really bother me that much.

Review 4：Cheap nights accomodation. Reception area very nice. Good location for the dubliner (reason for trip).

Review 5：The furniture in the apartment was well past its best. The balcony door handle had been broken off making the door very difficult to open and close. The television aerial was broken. The bedroom smelt like a poorly cleaned toilet, I slept on the sofa which was not comfortable at all.

Review 11：where do I start - live wires exposed on AC on balcony floor. cracked glass panes x6 in balcony dividers. smell of urine on sofa, hairs on sofa, sticky and generally dirty. we didn't stay for long, wasn't safe for kids

Review 13：The ambience was too loud, drunk teenagers were screaming until 6 in the morning. The property reeked of paint. The property wasn`t cleaned at all. We asked for a double room and we got a twin room.

Review 14：The stuff at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly when we had some issues with the taxi-company etc. The view from the terrasse was lovely.

Review 17：It is so noisy. There are many disco and pub around it and you will not sleep without ear plugs even if you are on the last floor. Too noisy.

Review 19：The apartment had all the cupboard doors painted closed! We paid for a sea view, don't bother wasting your money, the sea view is a glimpse of the sea, miles away!

Review 22：on booking we had requested that our rooms be on the same floor. At check in was told not a chance he was very rude about this. went to the room it was dirty holes in the walls no socket in one area just wires sticking out. during this inspection our friends ring to say we have the wrong room but he said its ok. after this we had found out that the group before us wouldnt stay as their room was much worse. the front door wouldnt even close. then the next day got stuck in te lift for 20 mins the 3rd day the lift breaks and was never fixed so spent our remaining 6 days up and down 5 flights of stairs. this hotel is classed as a family hotel I WOULD NOT PUT A FAMILY IN THEM ROOMS. noise and shouting and music all night every night. when we asked for anything at reception we were rudely told no or i cant help. this was all the same guy. on our last day we got a very nice lad and he said sorry his co worker was an a-- h--- his words!

Review 26：The air con should be given in the apartment instead of having to pay for it. Also cleaners should come in more often and do a better job. We only saw them twice in a week and they didn't do anything only give us fresh towels. The room was run down and not a nice place to stay in. Also the shower was either freezing cold or boiling hot. Lots of the sunbeds around the pool were broken so there wasn't enough of them.

The rooms are good sized a excellent standard with ice cool air con. I must admit other residents rooms were not to the same standard as mine I think the hotel is in a re vamp position. Staff were friendly and happy to help.

Review 31：There was some maintenance work goin on and loud banging from about 8.30 in the morning which isn't ideal when your only in bed a few hours!

Review 32：After reading bad reviews wasn't expecting much but it by far exceeded my expectations! Fresh towels everyday and new bed linen twice during our stay. Our apartment was spotless and even though we were on the strip was surprisingly quiet! We even had a flat screen tv with 4 english channels.

Review 33：I don't really have any reasons not to like this hotel but I would say that it could be quite noisy but then you can get that in any hotel on holiday at peak time.

Review 34：This hotel was excellent value for money. I stayed in a room with my boyfriend and my two friends (husband and wife) for 3 nights. It's right in the heart of bars and restaurants, a ten minute taxi journey to Magaluf (10euros) and a twenty minute taxi journey to and from the Airport (40euros each way). Wouldn't recommend for older couples but when you get there you are offered to stay in their quieter sister hotel.

Review 35：Old furniture, air conditioning doesn't work, you won't be able to sleep until 6 when the parties are over. Good if you are planning to walk around drunk for 24hrs...

They do everything to scam more money off you, the rooms arent cleaned and in 10 days we get new towels once.. this place would be fantastic if they would sharpen their personality and respect the customers opinion and try work with them

Review 40：Deya has spacious rooms with large balconies, a decent pool/ pool bar area, it's surrounded by the nightlife with only a short walk to the beach. It definitely served it's purpose for a 3 night 'let your hair down' holiday with the girls.

Review 41：The beds were just awful, the springs were actually comming through the linning of the matress, so uncomfortable. Our toilet didnt flush, had to fill the cysterine with water everytime we needed to use it & the appartment was only cleaned once in 7 days. This was my second time staying here and I would never stay again, it just got worse!!

Review 43：for 20-25 yrs old that come to party - smells like vomit everywhere, we had broken glass pieces in the room, very noisy - impossible to sleep at night. dirty rooms and evelators. stuff are not helpful - airconditioning didnt work for us and seems for many others, no clean towels, waiting for 3 nights and still was not fixed and didnt get clean towels. will never go back even for free.

Review 116：Central location was okay in terms of beach access or just walking around in general but it is situated smack on the main area of `boom boom` bars and the noise went on until after 7 am every day. Great for the young teams but not recommended for families, middle aged or worse! Hotel full of teenagers or thereabouts and I was disturbed with the usual pranks of ringing my buzzer at 6am but that`s what you get when kids get away from their parents !!!!

Review 117：Reasonably priced, sea view apartment had all that I needed but then again, I don`t need much! Very spacious compartments with a nice bright atmosphere. Reception staff very helpful.

Review 118：The booking had been cancelled once we arrived, as our flight had landed just before midnight and by the time we got to the hotel booking.com had cancelled the room, we waited for over 2 hours to solve this issue. Luckily the problem was sorted first thing the next day.

Review 119：Hotel is located right on the bar strip where drunk Irish families yell, scream, fight and puke until 6 in the morning. Disco music completes the picture. Lots of yelling and screaming at the pool area as well...only suitable for party animals! The reception only hands out 1 key for each apartment, so lots of knocking and yelling in the middle of the night.

Review 121：I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families. There were loads of people around the 18-25 age, drink constantly flowing around the pool. The noise is also quite bad if you are not part of the group making it. Luckily for me out of a 10 day holiday there was only 1 night when we wanted to get sleep

Review 125：I don't know if it's allways but during my stay there were drunk guests bothering guests in the common areas. I mean american drunk young guys but I must mention the staff from the hotel were paying attention to avoid problems due to these guys.

In one side the location is not bad, because you are 200 meters from the beach but the beaches are just city beaches and you can get much better places driving 60 km towards to Saint Jordi or Alcudia's beaches. The personal was kind and 24 hr available for any request.

Review 129：The location was in the middle of the german/british hell pubs and disco, nothing spanish there. Almost having the feeling to be in germany/england and not in majorca. Only cafe, pubs that serve british like food and again nothing to enjoy the "spanish" trip. A lot of german/english drunk at anytime of the day. This is only mean (with the complicity of spanish people that unfortunately need to work) that the "feeling to explore the spanish culture is ruined,there's nothing like spain feeling in there. Almost an german/british colony.
