The Kivi Talu is located next to a small lake in the Southern-Estonian forests and hills, 5 miles from Otepää. The cottages all offer a kitchen and free Wi-Fi.
The Tartu skiing area is only a mile from the Kivi Talu. The Kuutsemäe ski and snow tubing slopes are 7.5 miles away. There, ski and snowboard rentals as well as tennis courts can be found.
The Kivi Talu will provide half-board upon request. Additional charges may apply.
Guests of the Kivi Talu can swim, boat and fish at the lake in summer and ice skate in winter. Three different types of saunas can also be used.

Review 1：Well, this place is PERFECT for weekend or week getaway! The location is just perfect. Houses are big and beautiful and the view from house- amazing!! In the houses there are everything. Even bathrobes, for making your stay even more comfortable. Staff is super! I have never seen so friendly people.

Review 3：Wonderful surrounding. Really very clean. Interior was all natural, very tasteful and non-cheap. All skiing slopes within 5-15 minutes car-ride
Review 4：There was nothing about the cottages that we didn't like, however,please note, the current advert is a little misleading in that it statesthat 3 saunas can be used, this is not really the case as 2 of thesaunas are in the larger cottages and if they are occupied then youcan't use them. Also all cottages have a kitchen but not all have acooker. Make sure that you read the description of each cottage beforeyou select the one for you.
Review 5：We arrived loaded with food to do our own cooking over our stay. When weentered the cottage we noticed a slight issue in that the kitchen didnot have a cooker, we explained the issue to the staff and they kindlyallocated us a cottage that had a cooker in the kitchen, their was nohassel or extra charge.
Review 6：WiFi connection was not really stable, but who cares given the beautiful nature around - there are better things to do.
Review 7：A fantastic place! Given their attention to details - it is well worth the money you pay. We were two so booked the small one-bedroom home, which was amazingly comfortable and spacious. Though I would for sure really enjoy sauna and a kitchenette which is there in a larger homes :)
Review 8：The friendly and accomodating owners who were on hand to help out or even just chat. Facilities were superb and the accomodation was clean and very comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and gadgets. The photos and the website don't do this accomodation justice.

Review 17：Wonderful place. Beautiful location. Young daughter loved sheep, dog, cat, and horses. Location couldn't be more perfect. We are going to return in summer. Cabin was tastefully decorated and simple.
