Review 1：Food was lovely with good choice. We were the only English in the hotel but the staff were all good especially the lady on the reception who was half English.

Review 7：We were both extremely happy with our stay. Without exception the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. We were full board and there was not one repeat of a meal option - a very good selection at each meal. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel's sister hotel (Tropic) during the daytime when children were in the Alone's pools - so this was not a problem. There was evening entertainment each night and plenty of arranged activities during the day. There is a bus stop very conveniently situated outside the hotel. Thank you for a happy and very comfortable stay at the Hotel Alone. We can honestly say that we have never had such an enjoyable holiday, and we will certainly be returning. Again - thank you so much to ALL the staff

Review 8：the lifts did not always come up to the level of the floor and my husband fell and there was no accident book. Staff bossy: we were not allowed to move a table in the pool area.

Review 9：The restaurant needs a refresh as the floor seems a little bit dirty;actually, the entire hotel seems old and dusty as if it has been leftexactly as ten years ago or so the breakfast was poor the location isnot ok if you dream to a traditional spanish village- the Alone hotelhas 8 floors and it is surrended by skyscrappers (some of themunfinished and abandonned)

Review 11：quite old furniture,cleaning should be improved, quite hard to speak English with some of the staff, I would recommend this hotel only for families with small children or elderly people, not for young tourists as entertainment was very poor, no tea or coffee facilities in the room

Review 12：great food, big variety of different courses, buffet well organised, staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned everyday, lovely swimming pool, quick check in and out, very big and comfortable beds, quite and secure place.

Review 13：Very good price for a all inclusive out of season package, Not luxurious or the most modern hotel however clean and comfortable. Good selection of food at the breakfast and dinner buffets. Bottle of house white wine only €3.80 - excellent value.
