Fonda Llabrés sells fast on our site. This charming, family-run guesthouse is in the Alcúdia’s Constitution Square, in northern Mallorca. It offers a restaurant with a terrace, and bright, air conditioned rooms with views of the square.
The rooms at the Fonda Llabrés come with either private or shared bathrooms. All rooms feature tiled floors and attractive white and yellow décor.
The Fonda Llabrés’ restaurant serves a mixture of Mallorcan, Spanish and international food. There is also a bar serving drinks and snacks throughout the day.

Review 1：Small space, bed, not very fresh feeling in the room. Broken TV and the air conditioning hard to make work correctly. The staff should take a better care of their guests and smile more. Last but not least : NO HOT WATER ! No matter what time of the day, tha water was warm at its best, more often between cold and warm - never really hot, which is a problem when you stay there in winter. Also low pressure in the shower. :-/

Review 2：Well located, pleasant, "menu del dia" offered by their hotel restaurant very cheap and quite decent. The waitress was friendly too.

Review 3：My room was on the top floor, three sets of stairs which a bit hard after day spent hiking or cycling. Not the end of the world though and forgiven for the great view from window:) Wors issuee was the noise from neighbours coming at midnight and slamming doors because they are hard to lock, need to be pushed or banged hard.

Review 5：The walls of our room were quite thin. We could hear a couple making love very loud. To our surprise the windows vere solid and we did not hear a noise from outside. Only the noise from inside the hotel was a bit disturbing.

Review 7：Location is good, but bit noisy. Manager of the hotel was really friendly and helpful. Thanks to location (in middle of old town), prices regarding breakfast were high and tight menu. There was no possibilty to add your bill into hotel cost.

Review 12：If you are going there for relaxed vacations, I would advise NOT to. The cleaning ladies star cleaning very very early in the morning and they make so much noise it is basically IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. Very much because the hotel is very badly isolated from room to room, and you basically hear everthing (people talkinh, people showering, people flushing), and the cleaning not only take that into consideration they bang doors, bang the vacum cleaner, and the insist on cleaning your room by knocking REPEATEDLY even when you say you're there, once they even opened it... The AC worked well, but one night it simply didnt turn on, at all, it was 38 degrees. We bought a room with "view", whith basically was the back of buildings with all the machines and other windows. Tv didint work. Room didnt look like the photos at all.

Review 13：The hotel was a bit old, but overall clean. The location is excellent if you want to stay in the historic center and not on the beach, because we had a car we liked it because it is full of restaurants and tiny stores.

Review 14：I rated the breakfast slightly lower because of all the fabulous buffets we experienced on this trip. For this breakfast you ordered from a regular menu. It was good just not as spectacular as other breakfasts we had on our trip.

Review 15：What a treat to find this little hotel in the old part of Alcudia. It's actually a hostal so the room was small but delightful and so clean!! We loved it. The staff were so kind and helpful and the food there was great. Would definitely recommend and return there ourselves!!!

Review 18：The parking in the area is really really difficult and this was in the low season. Be prepared for the stairs of three flights or so if you have a room at the top. Not quite so sure about the food in the downstairs restaurant I tried lasagne and it was probably a very traditional recipe but it was very very cheesy with hardly any meat. Outside in the Main Square is quite busy but in the main Square it is very busy but in the peace of the rooms you will enjoy the tranquillity.

Review 19：Very friendly staff. Very clean place. Plenty of space for me as a solo traveller and I even got a double bed. Great views from the windows. Very solid old hotel building and very nicely painted and kitted out with some tasteful ornaments.

Review 20：The room was quite scruffy, with no kettle of any other self-catering facilities. Also the smell was very musty, and light sleepers should bear in mind a very loud church clock.

Review 31：Alcudia is a great pretty historic town, great restaurants, with easy access to the beach by bus. Hotel is in an ideal location, basic accommodation but decent shower. Good and clean.

Review 32：My friend and I stayed here for 5 days and had an amazing experience. The staff are incredibly sweet and accommodating. Everyone makes you feel welcome and the hostal truly has a homey feel. The location could not be any more central in old town alcudia. Rooms and bathroom are very spacious too. Definitely stay here if you are coming to alcudia!

Review 39：Very basic room, no english tv channels to watch when you get in at night or wake up in the morning, no wifi either so you couldn't browse the internet or watch tv via that, room had what seemed like the restaurant extractor fan outside it causing noise and food smells. Probably overpriced at 50 euro a night considering i spent 4 nights prior to this in Palma for 10 euros more and that was a lot more luxurious.

Review 106：The location is right at the heart of Alcudia historical centre so you can walk in the quiet streets just before bed when everyone else has already left to head back. It is within walking distance from Port Alcudia (10mins) so it's a fantastic position. Our room was a bit small at 3rd floor with no lift but we liked the conform... and the view.

Review 115：Fonda Llabres is a family-owned establishment. The proprietor, Carlos, was amazingly friendly and genuinely dedicated to helping his guests. We arrived late at 0100 and could not find the hotel. Carlos was wonderfully helpful - driving out to fetch us! He also made great recommendations with regards to restaurants etc.
