Review 1：Snack bar food was quite basic.

Review 2：Good location, about a 5-8 minute walk to the shopping centre (although it's 160 steps back after a night out!). Lovely sunny balcony that gets the sun all afternoon and evening. Spa is a great bonus, 30€ for unlimited use for a week. Really comfy beds. Small kitchen area, no oven, but quite ok for a short stay.

Review 11：The only little negative detail was the door to the bathroom which didn't give a lot of privacy, which can be awkward if you're travelling with a friend!!

Review 13：Wasn't happy with the shower,wasn't built correctly.The water was staying on the floor of the shower as the floor was uneven,also running onto the floor outside the shower.Not sealed correctly around edges of shower floor.

Top floor on hotel has a nice sundeck. we could see mountain goats, this was a very funny sight. Gran Caneria is Awesome, so make sure you explore the Whole Island

Review 33：I stayed with a friend for a week and we where so impressed with the hotel had to do a little "how lucky are we dance" when we got into the room. Hands down nicest hotel I've ever stayed in on holiday. All the extras that other hotels charge for are free here (wifi, safe, air conditioning) there was even a complimentary bottle of water in the room. The staff where so friendly and helpful. Wonderful wonderful stay!

We stayed in the superior suite and we couldn't ask for anymore, our terrace had a hot tub, two sun loungers and an umbrella so you didn't have to leave your room if you didn't want to! Wifi throughout. Staff went above and beyond to satisfy our requests. Short walk to commercial centre is ideal. Pity the spa was closed would have been the icing on the cake. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Review 37：Everything was fantastic. Ignore complaints about the many steps intotown - yes there are a few but if you a young and fit then it's nota problem. If you are not young and fit it costs 2 euros for a taxi.Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Review 38：The gym on the ground floor is closed, something that was notadvertised. The refurbished means there is some noise but only affectedus on a few occasions when near the swimming pool. The 164 steps to thehotel, something that's well advertised so we were prepared.It's only a few euros cab ride if its too hot.

Review 44：I had read food was poor ,so before trying restaurant thought we couldn't go wrong with a toasted sandwich and fries but it wasnt good :( sandwich was supposed to be cheese and ham but couldn't see the cheese :( chips were so pale and they were nit cooked still raw :( so not surprised we didn't try the restaurant .

Review 76：For heavy sunbathers: due to the location by the hill, sun doesn't shine here until almost noon. But then it shines all day until the sunset, whereas on the other side of the center it goes down at least one hour earlier. Dinner is pretty average, I would't recommend it. There are nice local restaurants just couple of euros taxidrive away.

Review 77：Very clean, everything is new. Staff is really friendly and they all speak good english in case you don't know any spanish. Common jaguzzi and warmed swimming pool with enough sunbeds. More sunbeds with one shower on the rooftop terrace, if you want privacy. Free wifi worked excellently. Sophisticated atmosphere, didn't see any terrible, shouting beer drinkers. Comfortable twin bed with great pillows. All rooms have balcony and views to the sea and P. R. center. The chamber maid also washed my dishes although I didn't expect that. Great value for money. I had special offer 62 e per night in junior suite (their standard room) incl. breakfast. The normal listprice they have is app. 96 euros plus breakfast. Located just 167 steps (stairs) from the commercial center of P. R. where you have all bigger supermarkets etc. Still quiet.

Review 78：It was 6 euros a day to use the sauna which was not made very clear before hand . If you book a massage you get to use sauna for free which is good .

Review 79：It was a lovely spacious room with very lovely comfy bed!!! It had a fabulous shower and the kitchen area had a microwave , hob & fridge as well as a sink . I chose the half board option which was good value for money and the food was of a very good quality ! The staff were very friendly & helpful . It was a lovely place to stay and felt very comfortable and relaxed the entire time .
