Review 2:The coffee wasn't the best at breakfast
Review 3:Toni was very welcoming and communication was excellent. The hotel was very conveniently situated within the city walls, close to all the restaurants. The hotel was lovely and breakfast was very nice. You could sit in the courtyard on a warmer day
Review 4:Church clocked chimed all night so if you are a light sleeper bring your ear plugs.
Review 5:Beautiful 400 year old manor home. Lovingly restored. The owners were very nice and helpful. Room has bar fridge and there is a lovely courtyard you can relax in. We had a bottle of wine with cheese and crackers in the afternoon. Highly recommend. Walk to beach is about 20 minutes and very doable.

Review 7:Beautiful boutique hotel that is run by a family. Great location in the historical center of Alcudia. The house is from the 17th century and is simply amazing! Rooms are very nice and spacious, delicious breakfast is served outside in the lovely terrace. Highly recommend!
Review 8:Lovely stay in the old town. The owner was extremely friendly, room was perfect, breakfast out in the terrace was great. Perfect stay in a small, quiet B&B style hotel.
Review 9:I cannot think of any reason to give any negative comment, as this little hotel definitely exceeded expectation.
Review 10:The hosts were friendly, helpful and run the hotel to a very high standard. It was delightful to stay in such a beautiful house perfectly located to visit the area.
Review 11:The people running the hotel were extremely helpfull and the room was excellent. We only stayed a night due to the ferry timetables but wished we could have stayed longer.
Review 12:The house is very beautiful, we stayed in 3 different rooms and every single one is very very nice, furnished with great taste and the house itself is amazing. The owner was extremly helpful, very warm, friendly and welcoming. If we come to mallorca again we will definitely stay here again!

Review 14:Huge old mahogany bed frame, very comfortable mattress but the bed creaked every time I moved.
Review 15:Fabulous location in the Old Town. Superb old building, quirky layout, all mod cons. The owners were friendly and helpful, their breakfast in the courtyard is a delight.
Review 16:Nothing bad to say.
Review 17:Can't say enough about Can Tem. Beautiful spot, immaculate rooms, delightful little terrace for breakfast or an afternoon drink. Owners are attentive and kind. If you're going to Alcudia, stay at Can Tem!
Review 18:Breakfast - they only had hard boiled eggs. No-one wanted to cook us different eggs. There was not enough food or variety at breakfast. The coffee was cold. They gave us a different room from the pictures online.
Review 19:The WIFI
Review 20:Nothinh
Review 21:It is nice to live in a smaller old town with its charme and many good restaurants. You dont feel so many turists as other place. Nice to meet the owners ..they do everything for our comfort.
Review 22:Nothing
Review 23:A beautifully restored and decorated property in a central but quiet location. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Our lovely room had a private patio.
Review 24:We (couple with 28 months old son) found the effective room price of approx. Eur 135 per night slightly high for this time of the year (March 2015).
Review 25:Location in the authentic historic city center, the renovated historic building with its well chosen interior, the peaceful garden, the friendly and helpful hosts.
Review 26:We hired a car and was told to park in any car park as they are all free, except we got a 100 euro fine... Apparently on market day you can't park in one of them, the police put up a couple of mobile signs in Spanish on the day early in the morning. When we parked the night night before their were no signs. Not happy people...
Review 27:Close to all of the old town, 5 min drive from the coast,
Review 28:The coffee (no espresso machine, weak, horrible taste) and the orange juice (sweetened, not fresh) at breakfast. The hotel sending emails asking for an arrival time.
Review 29:Nicely decorated big room right in the middle of the historical center, good bed, good wifi reception/speed, nice patio with terrace, superb shower (hot and powerfull).
Review 30:The church bells which kept us awake at night.
Review 31:The friendly welcome, the helpfulness of the owners, the beautiful restoration of the building, the comfort.
Review 32:Great breakfast, nice staff, location is inside walls of old town and easy walking to restaurants. Parking is a short distance away. Nice charm. Courtyard for breakfast is very nice and peaceful. Nice old world town.
Review 33:The church bells chiming the hours through the night.
Review 34:This small hotel, a renovated family home in the old town, provides a charming base for absorbing the historic atmosphere and beauty of Alcudia -- at a safe distance from the busy tourism of the beach, but within walking distance of the port. Breakfast in the courtyard is imaginative and varied.
Review 35:NOTHING!
Review 36:Located in the citadel of Alcudia, Can Tem was surprisingly tranquil, refined, nicely furnished hotel. The town was undoubtedly fantastic and we also had a blast simply lazing around in the hotel. Yes, that was what we had been looking for! Cosy courtyard is perfect for reading and watching down the street from the window is pleasant. Can Tem defies description and makes us want to go back there!
Review 37:Church bells ringing every hour even throughout the night: we learened to keep our window closed after the first nigh with poor sleep. Wi-fi was slow.
Review 38:This is not a hotel, it is mote a home! Toni and his wife take good care of you, they are friendly and ready to help you and to give tips on, e.g., good restaurants. Great location in the lovely old town of Alcudia. Clean, romantic, good breakfast (for those who believe that quality is more important than quantity).
Review 39:Nothing to dislike about this wonderful place.
Review 40:Everything particularly the hospitality shown by the family. Superb breakfast. Beautiful courtyard garden.
Review 41:The bed was too soft to our likings, but that's a matter of personal taste. Also we would have preferred to have fresh orange juice instead of lemonade.
Review 42:We've been to Can Tem before and we still like this small hotel in the centre of Alcùdia. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast with it's daily variance of fresh fruits and pastries.
Review 43:Our bedroom was on the ground floor, which felt bit too close to breakfast area. Possibly prefer to book a room upstairs.
Review 44:Loved Alcudia, full of history! Great location. Gorgeous courtyard to eat our tasty breakfast and great restaurants on our doorstep. Got great advice on restaurants and places to visit.
Review 45:The staff was very available, helpful and friendly. The aircondition and the wifi worked very well and seemed to work better than in some nearby hotels. The hotel has a lot of personality and I had a very pretty and comfortable room.

Review 84:For the first time on our trip round Majorca we felt like we had found a bit of real Majorca. Hotel was lovely, and the building had been restored beautifully. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and gave us some good restaurant tips. Breakfast in the courtyard beside the lemon tree was just like it is in the photos, and the fresh orange juice was the icing on the cake.
Review 85:Breakfast was not particularly good. Need to park away from the property, which is in a pedestrian-only street. Most attractions closed on Monday.
Review 86:Central location. Dining courtyard. Spacious, well-equipped room.
Review 87:Beautiful traditional Spanish building in similarly attractive setting. Very helpful friendly staff and a varied fresh breakfast. Cosy room and bathroom.
Review 88:Only instant coffee for breakfast. Did not bother us but some people might be disturbed by four different sets of bells chiming the hour even at night.
Review 89:Beautiful building, stylish rooms, cleanliness.
Review 90:We liked everything. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, the hotel is superb and furnished and finished to a very high degree, the owners were so helpful and friendly and located in the beautiful old town of Alcudia meant everything was in walking distance with excellent bus connections to other areas.
Review 91:Nothing!
Review 92:This hotel is a jewel in the Old Town Alcudia. After having no luck finding a hotel in the Port, we used booking.com to secure the Can Tem. What a beautiful hotel this is! Our room was gorgeous and the location is perfect for people who want to experience more than sun, sand and party-life. The owners were accommodating and gave us good tips on hiking possibilities in the area. Breakfast in the courtyard was delightful. We highly recommend the Hotel Can Tem when visiting Alcudia!
Review 93:No complaints.
Review 94:Right there in Alcudia Old Town. Exceptional rooms and bathrooms. Owners and staff passionate about the level of service within this small privately owned hotel. More of a beautiful house than a hotel. A peaceful place to relax and explore old Alcudia town.
Review 95:Although the breakfast was perfectly adequate, there could have been a bit more selection.
Review 96:Beautiful old sympathetically restored building, spacious room, just beautiful - will be returning!
Review 97:Having to park a short distance away - cannot be avoided as hotel in pedestrian area
Review 98:Lovely small hotel; good location right in the centre of the old town;authentic Majorcan decor
Review 99:Toni and his wife are extremely helpful. The beautiful old town house has been extremely well-modernised. Bathrooms are fully equipped and air conditioning is good. Alcudia is a lovely walled town with many restaurants and bars and is not far from some beautiful beaches.
Review 100:Excellent position in a very nice and ancient town, the hotel is close to gorgeous places in the island. Gorgeous rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Review 101:The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing and we were made to feel very much at home. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast in the garden and being able to make tea or coffee and take it into the garden at any time during the day or evening. The owners could not have been more helpful.
Review 102:Only stayed 1 night,if I had more time I would liked to have stayed longer. Huge comfortable bed and nice antique furniture. Very peaceful given the town location (if you don't mind church bells). The owner was very helpful, pointing out access to the kitchen facility, i.e kettle tea/coffee and microwave, which may prove useful if on a budget. If eating out I can certainly recommend the Bistro 1909 just around the corner on Calle Mayor. The meal of the day is excellent value.
Review 103:Dont bring a big car as the streets which are so clean they seem to bepolished every day are very narrow.
