Review 1：Perfectly clean, easy to reach from the train station. Good transportation Irun-San Sebastián. Peaceful surrounding, nice and helpful owner. I would certainly recommend it
Review 2：Not much to do in the neighborhood, however we can recommend the Irun bar on 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Affordable and nice finger food.

Review 35：The guest house is located very closely to a main street and gas station. Although you do not hear any noise during the night of this, you cannot go out for a walk at night as surroundings are not to very inviting.

Review 37：Access is no problem at all if you have a car to get in and out of the nearby towns, otherwise it would be a good 2-3 kms walk through the suburbs to reach the centre(s).
Review 38：The owners are very kind-hearted, helpful, welcoming and approachable. The accommodation was immaculately clean and well-presented. The accommodation is at the rear of the main building with a separate entrance and there was a small roof-top terrace for taking an evening drink. There was a big town garden with fruit trees and from the dining room there were good views of the mountains beyond the town. Continental breakfast was good value and nicely fresh. A very charming quiet place to stay.
Review 39：Walls are like paper - I could hear every word spoken by the people in the next room. There are no buses and the local train is a 10-15-minute walk away where you can wait 30 minutes for a train to Irun-centre or San Sebastian.

Review 44：Irun is far from San Sebastian (30 minutes by train and trains are available until some time at nights. The hostel is 6-7 minutes to the train station by walking. There is a train every half an hour. Irun is 3-4 minutes with train or 40 minutes walking. To sum up, if you want to visit San Sebastian then it is not the best location. On the other hand, if you have a car, every whare is close. At most 10-15 minutes. Even France.

Review 48：The surroundings. It was a very industrial area. There was absolutely nothing to do outside the house. There was the dual carriage way, petrol shop, supermarket car concessionaires., cod factories....garden factories,...etc. The town was about 1 km or two away.... There was just one restaurant at about 500 yards away.... Impossible to go anywhere!....a part to The restaurant....
