Review 1：The hotel La Cala is in an excellent position convenient for everything and very near to a very good bus service. I found my room to be very comfortable and with a beautiful outlook across the bay with the beach itself just yards away. Though I only took breakfast the food was plentiful and good. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful particularly the charming and kindly receptionists.

Review 2：There wasn't soap dish in the bathroom. Breakfast could be a little more varied.

Review 3：Nice sea view, Cleanliness, Comfortability and equipment (Satellite Tv, Air conditioning, in-room mini bar, wifi and adsl plug, good beds, etc), and the area is calm at night, but lively enough at day.

Review 4：If I was being a little critical the doors to the rooms are prone to slamming shut also the walls seem very thin could hear both sides talking and TV. Apart from that all OK.

Review 7：The location is unbeatable right on the beach in La Cala de Finestrat. The staff is super friendly and the place is kept spotless. Pet friendly! Our dogs always have a great time. No need to book sea view rooms. Partial sea view rooms have larger terraces AND fantastic views.

Review 13：The access to the parking lot is tricky, especially for cars that are low off the ground. Otherwise, can't think of anything else negative.

On our last day after we checked out, they offered us the possibility of using a shower after spending the day on the beach. ...and the location is fantastic (you can't be closer to the beach).

Review 35：The room was very small, the beds were hard. No fridge no safe. The bathroom had a big post in the way. The internet was no good. The location is miles away from the main part of Benidorm leaving you with only a couple of restaurants which I wouldn't recommend. The balcony was very small. The decor was very old and tatty. Some of the staff seemed ok but met others that were just rude. And too top it of had to listen to a big dog barking from the room opposite. And the tv didnt work properly. No money exchange service. Used a cab from the hotal that they called for and it was rotton. The parking is great if you like driving up a mountain slip roads which the car only just got up. Stayed one night and moved. Lady on front desk argued with me saying the tv channels all worked. 2 stars for what?

If available choose an option of direct sea view, it's unforgettable to wake up and go to bed by the sound of sea. Overall, the area is decent, a supermarket and restaurants are nearby. Also the center of Benidorm is reachable by buses, it takes only 15 mins or 20mins by walking. Transfer to Alicante airport is available upon request. The staff are great!

The hotel itself is quite basic but comfortable and is right on the beach. Breakfast is pretty much a selection of bread and pastries but we were allowed to help ourselves to as much as we wanted.

Review 120：La Cala is very easy to find on the drive from Alicante and normally car parking is easy within 2 min walk. The hotel is beachside at a nice place with clean water and beautiful fish (snorkeling). The rooms are nice and convenient. WIFI is available and was free using access code, which may cost something on longer stays. Off season the hotel is a very good and price competitive offer.

Recommend paying extra for sea view , great balcony gets sun from 12 all day , lovely roof terrace to sit out or in , great views , has computer 1 e for 20 mins . breakfast served until 12 simple but fresh and filling will be using this hotel again
