Review 1：Absolutely nothing important. Well, the start of breakfast was quite late for us, but in the end 8:30 was fine on holiday. And church bells were loud even during the night (but this is not holte's fault).

Review 2：In one word: perfect! Here guests are really guests, not customers. We are treated individually in this very small place. The hostess Rose is extremely nice and kind, and so is her husband (who's childhood home the house originally was). The room was large and beautiful, breakfast was great and everything was simply so well prepared.

Review 3：The room can be a bit noisy (from the street and rooms above); maybe its better to have a room in the top floor and overlooking the courtyard.

Review 4：The hotel is small with only six rooms and used to be a private mansion.Nevertheless for the amount of people the facilities are very generous and spacious, such as the courtyard or the "living room" where the breakfast is served. Likewise our room in the first floor was spacious with a comfy bed, a little yet long balcony overlooking the street. The breakfast was excellent and diverse. The hotel is located directly in the old town, finding good restaurants in walking distance is easily done. A large public parking lot is located just around the corner outside the city walls. The proprietor - who is a german - was very welcoming and made ourselves feel at home right away. The central mini bar accessible by everyone with very fair prices is also worth mentioning. We will come back if every in the region again.

Review 5：We stayed for just 3 nights and Rosi and Sebastian were the nicest hosts imaginable. So welcoming and eager to make sure that our stay was as pleasant and comfortable as possible - Sebastian even offered us his couch to sleep on in the afternoon as our flight home was late in the evening. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a selection cereals, yogurts, fruit, breads, cheeses and much more. Top tip: ask for Sebastian's egg dish with fresh organic eggs - a bit like a deconstructed omelette - delicious. Lovely location in old town Alcudia. We will be back.

Review 7：Very quaint place. Not a hotel per se, run more in the style of a bed and breakfast and it was fantastic. Place was very well kept, rooms were comfortable, Internet was steady, location was great and breakfast was better than many. The manager Rosie was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable time...

Review 9：This hotel is just amazing. It is in a old family house with antique furniture. There is also a beautiful backyard Spanish style where we had a super nice breakfast with natural orange juice, farm eggs, natural yogurt. The stuff were super nice and helpful. Honestly, we felt like at home and are seriously evaluating coming back for a longer stay.

Review 10：Everyone was really friendly and helpful! We loved the beautiful and clean place, the serene atmosphere, the breakfast and fully enjoyed our stay! If you like it really quiet, you should ask for such a room. Our window was towards the alley. Mostly it is really quiet too but chatting pedestrians or on rare occasions a motor scooter might pass which we could hear when we were awake. We will certainly stay there again if we go to Alcúdia again :)

Review 12：The hotel Sant Jaume is a charming hotel. The owner, Rose was very friendly and gave us precious tips about beach in Alcudia. The accomodattion and bathroom is quite big and confortable. The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel is very well cleaned. The location is perfect to discover the walled city.

Review 34：The location as such, i.e. close to the town and its many restaurants etc. The owners were always very helpful! We also appreciated the breakfast. We got a large room for 3 people with a lot of space. The free and good working Wi-Fi was great too!
