Review 1：The location is very noisy as the hotel is in the middle of a logistics park with lots of huge lorries trucking all day and night. It does not make any difference if the bedroom is at the front or the back. The service is efficient but smile less. The room price was high.
Review 2：On our way to the Costa blanca, we needed a one-night stop close to the motorway. You can see the motorway from the ETH windows... It was easy to get to and to rejoin the motorway next morning. There were plenty of parking spaces when we arrived in the mid afternoon. Check if you arrive late.
Review 3：We stayed on a Sunday night and the restaurant was closed, we got there around 8ish and couldn't get any food unless we went out. Having just drove 8 hours we couldn't be bothered, our room was small and there was a put up bed in so tight space. No one in bar to serve us a drink, man on reception had to keep coming in to serve.

Review 5：It needs a sign at 90 deg to the entrance so you can see it when driving past as it looks like a commercial building in this commercial area with only a hotel sign up on the very top of the building.
Review 6：Reception staff were very friendly and it was very handy to main roads and the only about 15 mins from San Sebastian airport.
Review 7：We love the Eth Hotel and stay as often as we can, usually once a year.The staff are great so friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked and relaxing. The restaurant is very good with great food, pleasant service and very good price. The rooms are comfortable and quite and very clean. All in all a great hotel to stay in. Very well situated for the traveler quite close to the motorway but not at all noisy.

Review 44：The position of the hotel suited us as we were traveling across Spain. The receptionist spoke English. the room was larger than we expected with a very good shower. The restaurant had a meal deal, breakfast and dinner 30.60 for two of us.

Review 56：the location was on a miserable industrial estate and it is not the easiest of places to find. It is on the intersection of a number of major roads. When coming back fron San Sebastian late in the dark we spent ages trying to find it. If you are travelling on a road other than the motorway- which it is quite near- it is very difficult to find. We strayed back and forth into France asking for directions. Nothing was well-lit or well-signposted. There are many big roads,dual carriageways and 2 motorways nearby. Better signposting is essential.It was a place for lorry drivers really.

I was told 'The car park is secure'. When Iarrived, I found that it was open to anyone, between two roads andwithout any lock-up facilities, let alone cover. The member of staff Icomplained to was completely uninterested in dealing with my problem,and had no apology to make for misleading me on the phone. It was toolate, I was too tired after a full day's driving, to find another hotel:the fact that the car was not robbed was lucky, but I worried about itthrough the night. In the morning, the member of staff dealing withbreakfast/coffee, etc. was not helpful or pleasant, either: when I askedfor breakfast at 6.30 (the time it was supposed to start) I was told Icould not have what I ordered, and no suggestion was made about what Icould have.
