Review 3：The power was off because of some problem for about 12 hours on one of the days. It was frustrating but they compensated us with a free trip to the breakfast buffet the next morning.

Review 4：We spent ten days of our honeymoon at this hotel. We loved the grounds. Loved the pool and looking out onto Dream Park. Wish the pool were heated. That would be AWESOME! The staff were courteous, professional, and helpful. We loved the housekeeping personnel. The room was comfortable with a large, comfy bed, carpeted floor, and balcony overlooking the pool. Parking was a little expensive but near and always available and the guard dogs are sweet and well cared for--which matters! The hotel is in good condition and we enjoyed watching people come and go at Dream Park next door. We used discount passes from the front desk at Dream Park on our last day. This is a very comfortable hotel at an astonishingly low price!

Review 5：Bed very uncomfortable. Pools not heated. Parking charges! Food ordered in the room very average and overpriced. New years party guests took up all the parking spaces that are allocated for stay in guests. Food left in the fridge from previous guests.

Review 7：Bad management of the hotel, after check in they told us no electricity for half an hour, than after we went to the room with old furniture ,they told us it is 3 hours with no electricity,nothing to do at night ,no entertainment even simple one, the breakfast with little varieties ,the photos taken for marketing are no real , small swimming pools .not an enjoyable nor attractive place

They put me in a new fairly good room next day. Surprisingly my American friend in a room of my category said his room was great. I realized that there's discrimination according to nationality

Review 16：- I was asked for my marriage certificate while checking in with my wife and I was given a lecture by the receptionist on how I should know the law of my country (which I never lived in) instead of apologising that there was no such info on their website. Thankfully my wife had a copy on her USB stick - Room was not properly cleaned before check-in, rice leftover on carpet from previous guest. Also all wardrobes were dusty - Windows in the room are not sealed properly, you can actually see holes in them - Ordered Oriental Mezza from the menu at dinner and none of the plates included actually came. - Waiters and restaurant manager were too busy watching a football match on TV to serve us - Gym has extremely basic equipment - No wifi - which 5 star hotel has no wifi? - They make you pay EGP 30 per night to park your car - The bed was really soft and hurt my back - Corridors on 5th floor smelt of sewage

Review 21：It's my fifth time in this hotel and every time I enjoy the comfort and Cleanliness of it. Staff are very cooperative, I had noisy neighbors and asked to change my room and it was done immediately with lot of apology. Fast check in and out. Nice pool which is suitable to families with kids. Free sauna and gym. Food is good. Very comfortable bed.

We had to call for a room service menu which came after an hour. The swimming pool was tiny and over crowded. We over paid for an empty room with no amenities and we didn't use any of the facilities.

One of the house keeping staff was rude when asked for extra towels saying each room gets only one and you can get more only upon request. It took more than an hour to get the towels after making another complaint.

Review 55：We booked a triple room but it showed up that its double room qith smaller extra bed. that made the room so small because the beds were adjacent to each other. its location far about 30 minutes from the city centre. Its not easy to get a taxi you have to go out of dreamland.

Review 56：the bathroom was big but the bath has a high edge, if there is an old man it may be little diffecult to rise his leg to be in the bath. the breakfast was good enough to find what you like. it coasts 95 E.L. but the service was very slow.

Review 57：Executive lounge had only cookies to pamper the guests. Overall the name Sheraton should not even be there. Standards is low. Staff should also have a make-over. No service, unprofessional. It appears my intelligence was marked as a child. Rooms, bathrooms in particular is a sad eye. Wifi almost worked!

Review 63：- They put us in a room right in front of the amusement park which was very noisy in the morning! - The location is not good as it is not on the main road and far inside, which means that there is no transportation at the hotel other than what they provide at ridiculous prices, which dos not give a good impression about the hotel. - There is no free wifi internet in the rooms, only available in the reception!! This is really disappointing from a supposed 5 star hotel in this age not providing an essential service!
