Review 1：1. We waited 30 mins before anyone from the appartaments came and open the house for use (despite we informed about time of arrival). 2. Very poor equipments: no kettler, few pans, no dishwash machine, no A/C, heating worked few minutes a day (despite our request to turn it on due to bad weather and cold inside). 3. NB! Audibility is 100%. You hear every step, every noise from another room, another appartment. We got noisy neighbors last night and it was disaster. 4. Bedrooms are on second level and under the roof - always stuffy but with open windows - always cold. Poor sleep the whole stay period. 5. Too high price for this service, equipment etc. 6. You should understand that appartments are in the part of old ferm where another part is old and not-reinovated (no photos on booking com of course); house has a territory around but - no any private barbeque place, no any private play grounds, no bikes for rent etc. Nothing. More place for piligrims stay; but anyway too expensive even for that. In general: what one expects from the stay in such place, in appartment 150 euros per night? Comfort. We did not get this. 9.2 - average rate? Overrated. Should be 7.2.

Review 3：No bad experiences but cooking equipment was limited. No sieve, no kettle and very small coffee maker, only big enough for one person. Only 2 pans and one had no lid.
Review 4：The setting is beautiful and the friendly staff helpful. Comfortable and reasonably clean. Very quiet and spacious with good views and terrace.Washing machine and detergent for free.

Review 6：The apartment is a good size, well appointed and modern. Bedrooms are upstairs in a loft arrangement in a converted barn/farmhouse. Lovely views and closely situated to San Sebastián (by car in 20 minutes) as well as walking tracks that form part of the Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage. It was nice to spend some days outside of a city.
Review 7：The roads to the hotel are a little bit bumpy and under rainy weather always foggy making driving an experience to have.

Review 10：The location is amazing - from the large deck, you can enjoy views of the Atlantic as well as sheep in green grass. It's only 20 minute from San Sebastian. The driving way is quite challenging but unbelievably beautiful. Also, a good place to start walking to San Sebastian. The facilities at the apartment were excellent and you can enjoy watching stars at the bed.
Review 11：The location is superb, great views of the Atlantic from the deck. WOW! And just so close to San Sebastián, Orio, Zumaia, Getaria and other interesting places. Pamplona is only an hour away too! The facilities at the apartment were excellent. Everything you need. And Kandido and his family were extremely hospitable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the apartment.

Review 13：Very large and generous apartment. Well equipped Wonderful views of the ocean and the mountains from the balcony. Very quiet. Very friendly staff (English limited but not an issue). Plenty of walking tracks Short drive in to Saint Sebastion or along the gorgeous coast.

Review 22：The Apartments were located out of town on a hill side overlooking the ocean. We wanted the rural location. Everything about the apartment was fantastic and well appointed, we lacked nothing. There is a washing and dryer on site to use, and they provide washing powder.You need a car to get here and should stock up in the near by town or San Sebastian. The road of the main highway is windy, but ok. Less than 15 mins into San Sebastian. Make sure you let them know your arrival time so they can be there to greet you. These are wonderful apartments with magnificent views, it is just like the pictures. We loved it.
Review 23：Location, up on the hills above the sea is perfect if you would like to get away from it all. House is a converted stone wall farmhouse, v rustic. 15 mins drive to San Sebastian and around 10 mins to Orio.

Review 25：Large clean apartment with everything you need for an isolated week(end) away. Fresh crisp bed linen, great views, fantastic location and not too far from town and beaches all at a great price, what more do you need. The photos do not do the views justice, they are fantastic and the owner is one of the nicest guys you will meet.
Review 26：The bathroom needs a fan to help with ventilation. There is an odor because of the moisture (in just that room). More substantial dining furniture would be nice, other than the plastic dining set.
Review 27：The apartment appears recently renovated, and was roomy enough for four of us. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen has all you need for basic cooking. The location is outside San Sebastian, and we loved driving along the local ridge road to drop into SS for a few days. The views and landscape were beautiful and peaceful.

Review 30：Amazing place! 18 min by car from San Sebastian or 10 min from the beach in Orio. Old building, but totally renovated. See view. Quiet - no one building 500 m around (actually there 3 other building on this or more distance which you can see). Very nice place! But check you GPS - can it find the hotel or not, my did not. And you have to have a car.
Review 31：The Apartment was large with a large terrasse to the seaside and with sleeping on a wooden second floor. It's a bit far from any other place, so you have to drive to buy something to eat or drink but that makes it a very quite place. The fotos match the place, it's great value for money, and the people are very friendly (nobody spoke english so they brought a neighbour to explain us everything).
Review 32：The place is great, really new and well appointed. If you have an under 2 the stairs would be a worry though. Although the owner didn't speak a lot of english, we let him know in advance of our limited Spanish and he bought an english speaking friend with him to meet us. It is very rural and extremely peaceful, with AMAZING views.
Review 33：There was located on the top of mountain which is nearby San Sebastian. So It offers to us not only fantastic view to see Atlantic ocean but also very clean room.
Review 34：It is quite a way from any city/town so would be best suited to those with a car. The mezzanine layout means its not that private but wasn't a problem for us!
Review 35：These brand new apartments are stunning, set in the hills of the Basque region with sea views. The owner is the loveliest man and willing to help with absolutely everything. We will go back.
