Situated 1000 ft from Poniente Beach, Magic Monika Holidays offers a gym, jacuzzi and lagoon-style pool with water slides. Each stylish apartment has a furnished terrace and satellite TV.
The complex is situated in the La Cala area of Benidorm, 2 miles from the center of the resort village. The Real de Faula and Las Rejas Golf Courses are a 5-minute drive away.
All apartments have tiled floors and simple modern décor. The living-dining area includes a sofa bed. Kitchenettes have a microwave, fridge and stove. Apartments are air conditioned in summer.
Magic Monika’s restaurant serves Mediterranean-style buffet meals. Guests can enjoy drinks and snacks in the various bars, including one on the poolside terrace. A wide range of daily activities and evening entertainment is offered.

Review 1：the reception staff were a one

Review 2：we just got back from magic holidays and i can safely say it was the worst food i have ever had on a full board basis in my life ,and i go on holiday 3 times a year , a letter to the management sack the catering staff,

Review 3：Most of the bar staff made you feel they were doing you a favour in serving you. Have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions and have to say was disappointed in the standard of food. It was only just warm never piping hot. The room were also looking tired although they were clean. Drapes missing from above bed and headboard in bedroom broken.

Review 4：Two member of the reception staff Yamila and oscar were friendly and helpful. The others didnt seem interested, one lady in particular kept texting while I was waiting to be served.

Review 5：Pool area needed some maintenance in most of the areas. The water didn't seem very clean. Mad dash at 9.30am to reserve a sun bed! Even though the hotel has a no reserving sun bed policy that states if beds are left unattended for more than 20mins belongings would be taken away - loads of people reserve sun beds then you never see them all day! Also see people reserving sun beds in the shade & others in the sun so some beds were not in use! This might not be an issue when the hotel is empty but at high season when the hotels full and there are not enough beds to go round this is not fair. This is something the hotel must do something about. The entertainment was ok, we never seen the kids club & we travelled with a 4 & 7 year old, not much effort was made to mix nationalities and get everyone involved. At breakfast, lunch & dinner the main dining area was manic! Lots of pushing not very organised. This was the same when you wanted a drink at the bar! The food however was very good. The hotel was too big for us and a bit chaotic. We didn't really take advantage of the AI we ate out 2 nights on the strip in a Spanish restaurant which was very nice & child friendly right next to the beach. Wouldn't book this hotel again but would possibly visit the area again

Review 6：Spacious rooms & location the location was lovely. Just a short stroll to a lovely beach and tiny strip with a children's fair, couple restaurants & bars

Review 10：Great pool area, great evening entertainment, great play area, spacious rooms, great balcony, great location with short walk to the town centre (Finestrat) and beach and great restaurants on the beach front.

Review 11：Unfortunately on day of departure received a telephone call from Monika hotel telling us they were closing the day after our arrival. They did their best and accommadated us at magic rock gardens with an upgrade. This was not what we wanted as I do not like benidorm new town, this hotel is up a steep hill and I have mobility problems. We also had to stay at the Magic Monika for the first night and then move the next day which meant we could not really relax and enjoy our holiday and therefore felt like we missed a day of our four day break. As previously stated the staff did their best to make the move stress free, but I feel the booking should not have been taken for these dates if hotel was going to close.

Review 12：Had booked this hotel as we had stayed before and like location and facilities for young children.

Review 13：The hotel is built and prepared for families with small kids. Don't go otherwise. They put some creepy music twice a day (for about 2 hours) for the kids, so you cannot really relax at the hotel. The mattress awful. The reception full of kids asking for golf balls and other materials, so you need to be waiting a myriad of kids before you can check in or check out. One of the worst hotels I have ever been.
