Review 1：Would have been nice to have a bar or restaurant onsite but a restaurant under the same ownership was excellent and only a couple of kilometres away.

Review 3：1/ Not possible to sleep on morning for us : I have never of my life passed a so bad time in a hotel, and really I don't exagerate. You are wake up very earlier by so big noise from people. It's like if they were present in your bedroom !! My bedroom number 011 is located in the middle of the restaurant room !! : it was just behind the wall of the bedroom, and when you open the door of your bedroom, you are just at 2 meters of the tables and 3 meters of the bar !! it's incredible when you think that the price cost 110 euros for 1 night. 2/ The customer relation : I asked them to change of bedroom, not possible and they answered me that they let the other bedrooms upstairs, for people staying more than 6/7 days !! They asked me to find a 5 stars hotel in San Sebastian with no choice : really incredible !!

Review 7：You were not allowed a coffee in your room. I put my car in car park out of sun as my dog had to stay in car and I was asked to park it properly. I felt they were very fussy and sometimes forgot we were paying guests.the bedroom was right on the road and very noisy with window open at night.
