Review 1：The reception has a difficult layout and some people did not respect the waiting queue. 25 minutes in a line for check-in is uncomfortable. The bandwith of the internet is limited and a "premium access" does not lead to improvement. The missing shower curtain in the upper bath room of the family room. Number of electricity outlets is overviewable
Review 2：Although the hotel has come to date, the accommodation and facilities are more than fine for the price. The location next to the slope is fantastic It is also great to have the opportunity to consume the lunch in the MMV-partner hotel in Val Thorens. All in all very friendly and helpful staff.
Review 3：Ski locker room was not fantastic. There was a locker for your skis but you hat to put your boots seperately on a heater which was open to everyone.
Review 4：Good family hotel. Staff were really friendly. Our 3 children enjoyed the food which was a big relief. We also enjoyed the food.
Review 5：Not much, it is very simple and the price is relatively low, so we did not expect much. The rooms are very small, so great for staying over night, but to hang out inside the apartments/rooms it is less comfortable.
Review 6：The location is excellent. If you are looking for a place that you can go skiing in your pyjamas, this is the one. We were also very positively suprised about the quality of food. Did not expect much for the price, but it was above average. It was also possible to stay just one night, which was very convenient for us. While there is a public underground paid parking, it is possible to find a parking space a bit further along the road. It requires some walking to and back, but might be a money-saving solution for short stays. There are great ammenities around - just the right amount of restaurants, bars, and a shop open long hours. It was not noisy at all, even in early hours of the night.
Review 7：Just a few minor complaints: - the free wifi basically did not exist in our rooms, and was spotty even in the public areas - some weird housekeeping procedures, like not servicing the rooms the 2nd day, and a strange aversion to leaving enough toilet paper
Review 8：Overall, we enjoyed staying here quite a bit, and thought it was a great value. Here were the pros: - great location, right by the slopes and within the village - accommodations that were obviously set up for skiers, lots of shelves in the rooms and a ski locker by the door to the slopes - full board was very convenient and actually the food was pretty good! (I was quite surprised. My wife loved the daily cheese selection.) - very friendly staff, for the most part - fun, if corny activities - totally decent rooms, nice view

Review 10：Excellent location and unbelievable price for full board second week in Feb.630 euro p.p. per week Good quality spacious room with on suite [not usual cramped tired ski accomodation].Buffet style meals were imaginative with plenty of choice,but at this price you cant expect Cordon Blue cuisine.Excellent helpful staff.Very convenient parking under cover 80 euro week.If you are used to staying in hotels costing in excess of 1500 euro week p.p. demi pension don't go, but otherwise I don't think you could do better in this resort

Review 16：We arrived to be told the two rooms we had booked with balconies andmountain views were not available and had been relocated to a selfcatering apartment with no mountain view. There was little room for fiveof us, with two boys in bunk beds with a foot of space to climb in andout and one on a bed settee in the living room. One bath for five of uswith no shower was useless!The self service hot buffet offered luke warm, congealed food and we chose to eat out although we had booked full board.
