Review 1：We got a room equipped for someone who is handicapped or in a wheelchair. Big bathroom but had problems with the shower. Sometimes is only (too) warm water. Sometimes the shower does not work. And every time had to call down for them to fix it. The toilet (big) but no washbasin and no lock on the door. You have to leave the toilet and wash your hand at the washbasin outside. Exhausting and not hygienic.

Review 2：I liked most the way everybody treated you. Like your a film star or someone of that nature. Nothing you ask for or about is a problem for anyone. You get what you asked for AND a bit more. Lovely!

Review 13：Even though it was a terrific experience, if you want to explore the city by foot there are not many establishments within walking distance. However, during the day time there is a free shuttle - which we utilized.

Review 14：5-star experience for half the price! We only spent one night of our trip in Panama at the Trump Hotel; however, it felt like home. From the warm greetings by the staff which all spoke English to the beautiful views overlooking the water and the incredibly comfortable bed. It was also extremely convenient. We spent two days on Isla Contadora. There is a ferry that departs from the Trump hotel. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage with the bellmen while we were on the island.

Review 15：The elevator system is terrible. You need to use your card to get to your room and when the elevator is crowded people are jumping over one another to do it. The elevators also take a while. Also the pools could be heated and/or they could have a hot tub on the pool deck.

Review 17：I booked online and the website said I had an ocean view.. I was expecting a full ocean view but only got a partial - the website was a bit misleading. The coffee machine in my room didn't work, nor did the phone, and the clock showed the wrong time. I had to stand in line 10 mins waiting to check in, it was a very long 10 mins - I wasn't very impressed. Two technicians instead of one were sent to fix my TV and disturbed me late at night (10pm). It was more like 3-4 star as far as staff and in-room facilities went.

Review 19：We had to ask to get our room cleaned 3 days in a row out of 3 full days of our stay, one day having to ask twice. We were gone each day from morning to mid-afternoon and did not put out a do not disturb sign so there was seemingly no reason for the room to not be cleaned without prompting. I do think it is standard practice to clean the rooms without the guest having to ask.

Review 38：The staff at reception was not welcoming. No smile, no "welcome" said at all, no additional information given (i.e. if you would like breakfast, it is served on this floor from this time to that time at x price), etc. The staff in blue shirts at the pool seemed lost - someone had spilled a glass of red wine on our lounge chair paid and they did nothing about it at all (i.e. wipe it down, bring a new one, etc.), they brought us the wrong wine, discharged us, etc... a bit chaotic. The pool staff might want to be circling around a bit more because that way clients will order food and drinks more easily and the hotel in turn will make more $! The staff that was most welcoming were the cleaning ladies - when they would see my friend and I walking on the floor they would smile and say hello... the only staff that did that! We seemed to be there at the same time as a young-only crowd. We did not see a mix of guests, neither at the pool nor at the bar on the 66th floor (which I understand belongs to the casino). I had understood that the Trump hotel would also cater to guests that are of a slightly older category (not just 20's) eager to relax, not just party, but was surprised to find this was not the case, at least the weekend that we were there.

Review 42：The hotel is for 1 night!- no more!! It is not 5 stars hotel. 1 day is enough for enjoying at the swimming pool deck (great view of the ocean!) at 14 floor and at 66 floor (but! - 66 floor pool has access through the casino - so my son (9 y.o.) couldn't go there and was really upset!). Nobody at reception said about terrace and swimming pool at 66 floor - I searched it in internet. If you want to spend time at swimming deck - you can pay 20 USD to any bell-boy at the first floor and you will have access there. But there is no safety staff, nobody takes rubbish from the pool -empty plastic glasses from beer, papers, nails...My son find it at the bottom of swimming pool. Rooms are big with amazing view to the ocean, and clean, but needed renovation - some furniture were old, rooms in 5 star hotel must be perfect! Water from the shower room through the toilet room always went to the half part of our room (no hydroisolation of the floor probably), and finally, last day, my son had big injury of his feet by the glass door when he fell down slipping on the floor... Beds are big with a lot of pillows (maybe 10!!), but uncomfortable - too soft mattress. Breakfast is great, but coffee is only instant. Very expensive price for the breakfast. We stayed in TRIP Centro before Trump - there rooms are smaller, but bed, bathroom, free toiletries - all was better! Finally when we paid at check-out I find some food which we didn't eat but should to pay! Reception staff cancelled it quickly after I asked about it. Really I was surprised why hotel with such bad quality can be 5 star! It is USA brand, now I can imagine the service of the hotels in USA. Very expensive for all this!

Review 43：Check-in was at 7 a.m. - it was great after the night in the plane! Good breakfast, but only instant coffee... Nespresso machine in the room)) Great view of the Pacific Ocean! Wi Fi was good.

Review 65：This is a huge hotel so it doesn't have the intimate charm of a boutique hotel and there is an awkwardness to the elevators and navigation of the hotel's layout.

We loved the breakfast buffet which rivaled the finest we have experienced anywhere--served outside (if desired) in tropical weather. The bars in the hotel boast fantastic views and excellent service. And the concierge was extremely helpful with reservations for other avtivities and restaurants.

Review 67：Ice coffee was overpriced! 7$? And it wasn't a good one. The Hotel felt empty. Laundry had the same issue. It cost me 90$ for 7 regular items to wash. Seriously??!!

Review 73：- Unfortunately the hotel has no atmosphere & it's in an area of Panama which has nothing apart from hotels - no history or culture round there at all & lots of building happening so it's not a pretty area. - Some of the staff were very stuck up which was a shame. The staff also don't speak much english which can be a challenge if your Spanish isn't up to scratch. - It's very expensive..bear in mind that what is on the price list then has two tips (they add a big tip automatically) & 10% tourist tax onto everything. - The swimming pools don't get any sun after 11am due to the hotel's position unfortunately. - A little thing but there were no English speaking channels apart from CNN whereas we've found that there have been plenty of English speaking channels in much smaller hotels across the rest of Panama.

The higher the room the better! - The bed was also incredibly comfy - couldn't have stayed there all day - They gave us a complimentary breakfast as we were on our honeymoon which was lovely of them although should really be free anyway considering how expensive the hotel is - The meal at the seafood restaurant on site was also gorgeous.

I think it is dishonest to market the room as ocean view.

There's no privacy on the double rooms, specially on the 21st floor in which the showers are mostly see-through

Review 95：the first room was just painted, and full of fumes ,and repeated attempts ,requesting to change the room fell on the deaf ears, my wife became seriously ill and we lost a whole day, and finally I told them if not attended we will check out to another hotel, they send supposedly an expert to evaluate the situation, and her recommendation was to spray the room with deodorant! but she admitted the odor and the paint fume and finally they changed the room there was an element of indifference to things in general
