Review 1：Would be nice if one could buy a coffee etc on the premises outside of breakfast

Review 2：Great room (mine was a superior double room). Greatly appreciated flexible check-out times (for only a small extra cost). Staff gave lots of advice for local eating etc

Review 3：We were disappointed that there was no refrigerator nor minibar in the suite. Also, the towels are worn out. I booked throughout booking.com and it didn't show that the hotel has a new building which is modern. Some of the paintings were scary;) There is one more thing which is the big square glass table in the living room ; this table should be wooden instead of glass in order to match the atmosphere of the hotel and more importantly it will more practical. Other than that everything else was superb.

Review 4：Receptionists Karmen and Diar were very friendly at checking in, and Karmen explained everything and was very helpful which is appreciated especially after along drive. Also, the receptionist Angelica was very friendly. The hotel is a piece of art and our suite was fantastic and comfortable. There is a Nespresso (the coffee machine). It was a very pleasant stay and we wish we could have stayed longer. As for the location of the hotel, it was 5 minutes walk to the city center which made our stay even more pleasant.

Review 7：This is a LOVELY hotel! I had a very comfortable, beautiful and absolutely lovely room. I think I'll stay here again. They also have a very nice secret garden in the heart og Graz. Their lobby is also nice and firt time ever I could call a place like that comfortable.

Staff in the breakfast room was not motivated and no guest recognition (first time, in the past always excellent) 3. Review 38：The location of Schlossberg hotel is at the start of the old town, in a quiet area, at the foot of the Schlossberg hill, and easy to find with close access to tram lines and there is a parking just in front. The interior is simply stunning with the many works of art and the mix of biedermeier sofa with the modern ones will simply draw you to sit for a while in the lobby room and perhaps light a cigar and order a glass of scotch from the bar. The bedrooms are just as tastefully decorated, each with their unique work of art. Everything is functional in the room, the bed so comfortable, it was like a cloud. There are all the modern amenities: TV with hundreds channel, small safety box, mini-bar, large bathroom with fantastic shower, and very pleasant shampoos and body cream. Breakfast is like what you would eat at home, in the sense that everything is homemade, bio, tasty, great variety and you can order eggs that will be made to your taste. It is almost like Sunday brunch at your grandmother, with proseco if you like. The breakfast room itself is so pleasant with the natural light coming in from the glass roof. This hotel is pure luxury, without the stuffiness or pretention and that is precisely why it is one of the best hotel I have had the pleasure to reside at. Recommended for single travellers, couples, families and business travellers as all will feel at home is such a perfect location.
