Review 1：If it was in the hands of the staff , they would arranged even the weather also!

Review 2：Very friendly and helpful staff. Very practial and well located hotel. You start almost from your room skiing but still you are in center of the village.

Review 3：Bit empty. Why, with a good mattress, have synthetic duvet and pillowsat that price. Very hard to control room temperature - very warm, thenyou open windows and wake frozen at 6am. Minor complaints, though. Atthat price, worth mentioning.

Review 4：Location - ski in - but a bit of a walk in to town if you skihard (250m, not too far.) Staff great, ski passes and hire allsorted in house.

Review 8：The staff are very efficient, friendly and go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Breakfast is very good - continental for the most part but still enough hot options for a semi-English start to the day. Rooms are spacious, clean and well stocked. Ski room on 4th floor is a luxury convenience - ski room attendant is so helpful. Ski-in and out (although for younger children may be a bit difficult to access). All in all a 5* experience.

Review 18：The spa jacuzzi was too cold. The temperature was set but the water was not warm enough so we couldn't use it. It was the only disappointing thing of our whole stay.

Review 24：The lack of mini-bar in the room doesn't really make a difference. But when you come after an intense skiing day about 5 pm you may be starving and wish to have at least some little food before everything opens in Courchevel at 7 pm, but even room service doesn't work so you can only order a sandwich from the bar. I think it's a little weird. The restaurants may be closed, no problem, but the room service must work during the day, without any breaks. But honestly, it doesn't really affect the impression from the stay at the hotel and general impression of Courchevel!

Review 25：The front desk and reception staff are unbelievable, super sweet, very very helpful and friendly!!! Thanks a lot to all of them!!! Just as a small example: we waned to order the food from outside as room service and restaurant in the hotel were closed already, but there's no delivery available in Courchevel. So the receptionist ordered it for us and sent the concierge to collect the order. It was really really sweet, thanks again! The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the centre of Courchevel and has an easy access to all the infrastructure the town has to offer. Another awesome thing about the hotel is that it has got its own ski rental shop inside the hotel and you can start skiing right from there - direct ski-out! By the way, it is another example of an awesome service and super attentive stuff, thanks to a guy who works there for taking a great care of us!! The only thing which may not be good about the ski-out thing in this hotel is that it brings you directly to a red slope which not going to be a good surprise for the beginners like me...))

Review 26：old, green carpets, red couches, staff is in a hurry to clean up breakfast as from 9 am, we had to ask each morning for a knife, fork or a cup..Spa is very small, only possible with 4 people in total!

Review 31：The location is a1. Proper ski in ski out. Value for money and the staffwonderfull. We have stayed in many quality places throughout europe andthe staff here were excellent. As an example every day after skiing theywould meet my wife in the lobby with a pair of slippers and help herwith her boots and snowboard. Attentative and just very nice people.Nothing was too much trouble. Everything at pomme de pin was easy. Buylift tickets through the hotel. Ski hire part of the hotel with newmodel kit and access to lecroisette ( main lift junction ) a 20 secondski from the hotel. Nice bar, and michelin rated restaurant. Right inthe middle of 1850, but at the quieter end which is perfect. 5 minutewalk anywhere. Will be back
