Review 1：The location is not so great, the closest shops, bars and restaurants are all a good walk away.

Review 2：There is a lovely beach right opposite the accommodation which was great. The apartment was great value for money.

Review 3：No one on site to welcome us or to ask questions Kitchen not well equipped ie not enough utensils, pans etc, no kettle No instructions for anything?? ie air con, cooker etc No tourist info or emergency info Beds, mattresses and bedding whilst clean were old and dated as was most of the furniture in the place. TV was an extremely tiny portable WIFI signal weak

Review 5：Wifi was poor Given what they call a lateral sea view - not at all what I asked for and there was no sea view as there was a hedge in the way. I have pictures Specifically asked for a balcony/sea view Was told that Booking.com do not have any and that all their apartments are on the ground floor - misleading picture Booking.Com!!! Glad I had a Spanish speaking person with me as staff did not speak very good English. Staff tried to get a further 60 Euro saying it was the Booking.com fee The shower was leaking through the bath all over the floor Bad grouting to bath wall No Kettle!!! Had to boil water for drinks in a saucepan Had to buy two mugs, tea towel, cleaning cloths - surely these should be standard Were given one small bath towel and hand towel each for nine nights - washing machine was used a lot Could be noisy in high season as their is a cocktail bar/hotel just opposite

From 1st June until 12th October, guests must collect their keys from Hotel Jeremías on Playa Cargador, between 17:00 and 20:00. Please note that the delivery of keys is not guaranteed outside of these hours without prior arrangement with the reception. Outside these dates, key collection takes place at the property's offices: Casa Azahar, Edificio El Centro 11A, Urbanización Las Fuentes, Alcossebre.Opening hours are from 10.00 until 14.00 and from 16.00 until 19.00. If you expect to arrive outside the office opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.A damages deposit is payable upon arrival:- This can be guaranteed by a credit card or paid in cash (a total of EUR 250).- Please note the deposit is EUR 350 during stays which fall over New Year.All apartments come with bed linen and kitchenware.Towels are not included in the rate and can be rented at reception.The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any items broken in the apartment during their stay.This charge will be made to the guest’s credit card.
