Review 1：Wifi is slow, and I think that nowdays 2 things are of most importance 1) quality of wifi, 2) quality of beds / mattress. second if good at this place, the first is not

Review 3：The beds were comfortable and the bathroom facilities adequate. Breakfast was good. It was great the major sites were within walking distance. The staff at the counter on the day we arrived was extremely helpful in providing us information and supplying us with hot water when we requested for it.

Review 11：This is not a complaint but be aware that parking is located in a parkade just over a block away. That wasn't too convenient but understandable when staying at a centrally located hotel in an old European city. If your luggage has wheels, you won't have a problem.

Review 12：This is a fine boutique hotel located just behind the Evolution Museum. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Burgos Cathedral, which is located across the river. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the mini bar/frig appreciated. The bonus was an enclosed veranda with a recliner chair where we could let in fresh air from large windows. The breakfast was a small buffet with a wide range of hot and cold choices. The reception staff that we dealt with spoke excellent English and were very helpful with suggestions for where to walk and eat. We thought this hotel was excellent value and would stay here again.

Review 13：The room we stayed in was in the last floor, under the roof, so it had high ceiling with window (it has remote control to open and close blinds). It was very spacious with a living area, tv on both places (living and bedroom). There was a small bottle of wine as a welcome. Good breakfast for €6.

Review 19：Location was perfect for visiting all of Burgos. We were able to walk from the bus station on our arrival, and then walk everywhere in the city. The Museo de Evolution and the Museum of Burgos were within a block of the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was fine and the room was pleasant. Our sleeping room was very nice in a modern style and the bed was comfortable with nice linens. Staff were very nice and welcoming. The extra surprise of a small bottle of wine was especially welcome after our long airplane/bus trip to get there! If you have a car the parking is at the Museo de Evolution and would be easy to find and to get in/out.

Review 23：The hotel has a great modern design. The room was comfortable and cute, clean and quiet. But the most perfect thing was the staff which was more than welcoming. At the first night we overslept and missed dinner time, the town was closed. Joze, the night desk guy went over and above and fixed us some sandwiches, fruit and beers. No words to describe his kindness. Thank you so much. Will be coming again for sure!

Review 25：Lovely well designed bedrooms, very comfortable, clean lines and cool. My room had a small glassed in area (kind of indoor balcony) with a relaxing chair and foot stool ... a very nice place to relax. The hotel is across the river and about 20 minutes walk from the cathedral and the main restaurants and bars area.

Review 27：I liked the possibility to completely shade the light from the outside and the silence of the rooms. There were also nice details in the room such as a complimentary small bottle of wine with a snack, plenty of magazines available and other details

Review 28：I realise that on-site parking is not possible due to narrow streets, but organising luggage and street parking on arrival and departure is a bit of a pain. This was, however, explained in the booking process, and the garaging below the conference centre was a dream.

Review 29：Hotel is located close to the Human Evolution Museum and conference centre... but equally good it is close to all major sights. The staff are helpful, efficient and friendly. The rooms are nicely fitted out and comfortable.

We thought we would be able to park on the streets nearby as it was a Sunday evening but it's a really busy area. If you are driving, pop in first & get a discount ticket for the Evolution Museum underground car park which is 2 mins walk away.

Review 40：The wifi was not always stable. Something that you would not expect from this new, 3 star, hotel. Apparently the rooms are not completely soundproof, since my hotelroom neigbours complained when I was talking on skype late in the evening (sorry for that). In my opinion the rooms were very quiet.

Review 41：Great shower, great bed, great atmosphere. I really liked my stay here. it´s just a short walk to the lovely city centre of Burgos. Breakfast is okay, but nothing special. The hotel has a deal with the parking garage underneath the museo evolucion humano. But you´ve got to get the parking card at the hotel before you enter to be able to get the fixed price. Will definitly book this hotel again when I'm in Burgos!!

Review 42：Location, location, location! We had a view of the Guggenheim from our window, and the museum itself was just a few minutes' walk away. As befits it's neighborhood, our room was attractively minimalist in style. This did not detract from a very comfortable stay.

Review 45：The Hotel Forum Evolucion is located diagonally across the street from the Museum of Human Evolution. Unfortunately, the museum was closed on the day we were in Burgos (a Monday), which was a disappointment to us. The walk to the town center and the famous cathedral is approximately 15 minutes. The hotel itself is first class in terms of facilities and cleanliness. There is a small bottle of local Rioja along with peanuts and dark chocolates waiting in the room upon your arrival. Decor is also wine-themed, including paintings, photos, trim, and door decorations. We rated the breakfast as so-so because we arrived in the last half hour of serving and many items were no longer out. The hotel also seemed to have a shortage of staff because the receptionist was doing triple duty at the adjoining cafe and in the breakfast room. Otherwise, our stay was quite comfortable and enjoyable.

Review 53：The fire risk. We were on the top floor and from the small corridor outside our room there was a fire exit with secure doors leading to the ground floor. However beside the lift there was also another set of stairs leading down to the bar area. The doors to this stairway were wide open and were not included in the fire protection system, consequently making the system void as any mishap in the bar area would quickly rise through this stairway to the top floor making the secure fire exit useless.

Review 55：The parking deal is confusing, since you have first to go to the hotel, request a card, and then go to the parking. If you park first, you have to take out the car, and then get in with the discount card. I decided to keep the original card and not the discount one from the hotel.

It turned out their breakfast was unnecessarily expensive when we could have had it two stores down in a bakery for much less. Always check if IVA (a tax) was included in your reservation because they might charge you again.

I found a supermarket close by and being on a small street behind the Evolución museum it was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was ample and very reasonable.

Review 96：This is our second visit to this hotel, it is situated ideally very close to the centre of Burgos. It is a small Hotel but very modern and spotlessly clean and well equipped for short stays,great value and the staff are helpful and speak English which was good as our Spanish is still pretty poor!
