Review 1：Not a bad experience, but its a pity that you cannot get a meal at night. Having stayed many times before and knowing that the restaurants in the town are not that good (and expensive) we have a lunch en-route and use have a wine and cheese snack at night in the lounge area.

Review 5：The Wi-Fi was unsuccessful to connect with as per the instructions supplied by reception. The breakfast was basic and there was no awareness by the the staff to accommodate us comfortably at a larger table as a group of four adults.

Review 7：We booked 3 rooms for 5 people and travelled around 800 miles acrosseurope with a planned stop at this hotel. Due to roadworks, trafficdelays, and a severe storm we missed the 12 pm check in time. Wecalled the out-of hours number to be told tough luck and then theManager hung up on us. We were left to sleep in the hotel porch. Therewas no staff on duty over night and all guests were left to their owndevices. First staff did not arrive until 06:20 hrs so no breakfastavailable until 7am.
Review 8：Continental Breakfast was nice - all fresh produce. Showers were nicehot water.
Review 9：Location is very bad. Online description stated that there are hiking trails but there are non, so it is a lie. Taxi is expensive to get to city. The owner run after me while I was packing out because I owned him 5 euro. It looked rude because I was not running away just packing and getting ready to turn in my keys. plus I used that all charges go on credit card that was used to pay for room anyway. There are no drinking water in hotel available after breakfast. So bring your own water or pay 3 euro for a bottle at evening. There is no dinner. Room is noisy due to freeway roar and stuffy due to smog from cars passing on freeway.

Review 11：Stayed here overnight on our recent German tour. Excellent parking (always a priority for us) quiet and clean. Limburg is lovely and well worth the 20 minute walk from the hotel.

Review 70：The inflexibility of the staff; I was going to arrive late because of the floods around the Danube. Instead of an attitude of what can we do to help all I got was you have to be here by midnight or we will will lock you out, we have your CC and will charge you anyway so tough. Too rigid in their attitude and they have no staff overnight, I asked what happens in the event of a fire or emergency - the unsatisfactory answer that I go was that the owner will come? From where, how long and no plausible explanation as to why no night staff. Very worrying in my view.

Review 84：I normally rate surveys very hard, but this hotel was excellent! The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family nearby. The staff was friendly and even though my German language was limited, they understood English very well so there was no communication issues. The rooms were very clean and spacious for Europe hotels.

Please note that the restaurant is not open over the weekend, but on arrival we were directed to a nearby grill. There is also plenty of choice in the old town. Convenient if you wish to cycle part of the Lahn river cycle route. Good breakfast and the bar is open until midnight.

The hotel was spotless and verywell kept. The room was spacious and again very clean. It all looked asthough it may have been efurbished the day before e arrived. Thebreakfast was fresh each day, with hot rolls and you could eat as muchas you wanted. I would use the hotel again.
Review 96：Very convenient for the autobahns and a perfect stopping place enroute from Austria to Channel ports when returning to uk. The room wasclean, warm and comfortable. We had a good evening meal and there wasan excellent breakfast buffet. All members of the Hotel Staff werevery friendly.

The rooms had te bepaid up-front, which I now understand since I would have checked outafter only one day if the room had not yet been paid for.Meeting a client in the lobby was simply not possible either. The staff bluntly informed me that that was 'forbidden' as directed by the hotel management and that I could hire a conference room in stead. Even offering to pay for an additional breakfast in stead was not possible. These people should not be working in the hospitality business since they have absolutely no idea what 'hospitable' means.
