Review 1：We booked a room 20 Sqm but the room wasn't more than 12 sqm including the bathroom, we couldn't even open our bags inside the room, the room was smelling really bad!

Review 4：It's increadibly noisy at night. Partying until 2 very early in lorries, delivery trucks, snow clearers if it's snowed. It was the same the last time I stayed as well.

Review 14：I brought earplugs like the other reviews suggested. In fact the hotel even gave me some. They helped. The bar was loud but I was so tired from skiing that I slept easily. However the whole place stunk of stale beer and cigarette smoke. Its basically a hostel.

Review 16：THE NOISE! The thumping music from the bar below, it wasn't that load when you were in the bar but the nose seemd to get louder in your room? Then the kids shouting outside, there must be a club right outside somewhere, then the Snow cleaners and bin lorries from 6 so basically there is no time when there isn't a noise going on. The flimsy shower curtain that sticks to you is really poor.

Review 18：The hotel is rather basic, so don't set your expectations too high. The most important disadvantage is that it is just next door to a popular bar so it can get rather noisy especially if you are at the first floor.

Review 44：What can you expect with this kind of location? Our rooms on top of a discotheque. Noise over around 3.30 every night and 4.30 came snow machines cleaning the streets down below. The place is for youngster with a different day and night rhythm. Smallest possible room space. Comfortable bed, though. The whole city is far too expensive, not only this hotel with fair to poor value for money.

Review 49：For sure the best value for money in Courchevel 1850. The hotel provides free ski storage in a Skiset store 30 meters from the entrance! The view was adorable and the location perfect for reaching the lifts (about 3 minutes). The breakfast is excellent and the staff willing to help you with anything required! Finally, the hotel operates one of the best bars in Courchevel.

Review 52：I paid on booking.com for the accommodation in full in advance. on checkout I was asked to pay an additional 50% of the accommodation bill regardless of the fact that the full amount had been paid. we also checked out a day earlier and the hotel said they would reimburse us but instead they claimed that Booking.com had only advanced 50% of the accommodation bill. The rooms we had booked and pad for were supposed to be double deluxe but we were given normal standard rooms with no space at all especially for kids. Up till now we have not received the refund.

Review 54：The hotel is on the busiest road through Courchevel, Non stop traffic 24hrs a day. Noisy Bar located close by. Hotel is only partially renovated.Dingy, dark narrow corridors. Cooking smells though out the upper levels. Their website isn't a true reflection of the hotel & we checked out after 1 night.

Review 58：There can be noise from the street, which is unsurprising in the middle of the town next to bars. Strongly recommend earplugs to help you sleep uninterrupted. With that proviso, you'll get a good night's sleep!

Review 59：Great breakfast to start the day and excellent value considering the location in 1850. The staff are all friendly and able to offer helpful advice about the ski area and where to eat out. There is a new lounge area which is good for having a drink before dinner. The new Restaurant 99 for lunch and dinner is also good quality and excellent value. It is the second time we've stayed and it was great to return and see that more improvements have been made.

Review 66：The room was tiny. The bathroom was dated. No double glazing on the windows so was woken up at 4 o'clock every morning by drunken people shouting. Two single beds pushed together and weren't even the same height. The extractor fans in the bathroom was full of settled dust. The main light didn't even work so only had two side lights. No après ski bars worth going to (go to Austria).

Review 67：The location was the only good thing about this hotel. Lots of snow at the resort. Weather really good.

Review 68：My opinion as a former licencing officer:- The owner/operator ofthe associated Bar is stealing drinks from his customers on a dailyand regular basis by advertising 250Ml and 500 Ml drinks anddeliberately supplying vastly under sized glasses. It is apparently awell used system which when queried, the bar staff appear trained tolook confused and simply put a small glass on the counter next to thelarger one to show a difference as if you as the customer are stupid.The fact is that the larger glass holds nothing like 500ml. I testedit myself with a known source. One third at least is lost every drinkpurchased. This is called theft and abuse of trust in any language. Iwas told by hotel management that it was pointless to try and reportit to the local authorities as "people round here are immune fromaction and correction. They even build balconies at night here hesaid, its that easy to avoid local authority control". So, whatabout visitor and tourist protection from common fraudsters like thiswithin advertised and trusted hotels? Where is it? Apparently themoney generated locally is too important to bother. If the drinksweren't expensive enough they steal what you pay for as well!Never again until the authorities take proper control. We had to usethe bar next door where they have honest marked glasses (not tulipshaped con trick glasses) and they don't need to insult yourintelligence with shoulder shrugging and deception when challengedaround the locals, including Ski instructors, whom also appearoblivious that they are also this owners victims. Unless of coursethose instructors are well aware where they are taking their studentwhom trusted them. Is this a well known local scam? Or just dim localsintroducing victims unwittingly and a Bar owner who should loose hislicence to educate him what fraud and honest trading means.
