Review 2：Much better than many 5* hotels. The best spa in the 4 Valleys. Exceptional restaurants. We shall return!
Review 3：There is no air conditioning. I went during a hot week in August. As anAmerican, I am used to air conditioning. However, I just opened thewindows at night and the mountain air cooled everything down. It wasperfectly fine once I adapted my ways!
Review 4：It's a beautiful little "nook" of a place...like a chalet in a fairytale. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food iswonderful and healthy. The spa is outstanding. The pool is a "waterspa"...I've never seen anything like it in the world. Very relaxing. Thelittle bar area is such a welcoming spot from afternoon tea to a placeto drink and socialize with friends. I even went into the smoking roomalthough I don't smoke! It was a great place to curl up with a book andsit on beautiful, soft leather chairs. This place is a little jewel.
