Review 1：Rooms are old and need renovation, with no refrigerator/mini bar. If you are expecting quite romantic dinner than choose another restaraunt because there are too many children messing around and crying. But keep in mind that hotel is located about 3 km away from the city and you need a car/taxi to get there (it costs ~ 15 euro).

Review 2：Polite stuff, tea/coffee and kettle in the room, terrace for northern lights watching, sauna, free parking.

Review 7：The bar and restaurant were a bit too expensive and the shower could have been a little cleaner when I arrived and the water temperature wasn't regulated well. Also taxis to the city are 15 euros each way and there are no buses during the weekend. But again one doesn't go to rovaniemi to see the town so it wasn't a problem :)

Review 17：I booked two conected rooms. Nobody informed us there were no kind of rooms. At the check-in they didn't care and even tried to solve the question. There's a payable wi-fi for 5€/stay (hello we are in 2015), all over the town is a free wi-fi network. The maintenance of the hotel is few and the rooms are like 50's decoration. Must to update.

One of my children managed to leave an iPod in the room and the hotel very promptly got in touch with me and organised to return it. Review 35：Not suitable for travelers who don't rent a car as you can only take taxi for in and out sound insulation is bad, you will be made to wake up in early morning as you can hear every noise outside the corridor

Review 107：It's right beside the ski resort, great if you are going skiing. The hotel is highly rated and the food and service are superb, definitely not to be missed. Staff are helpful and speak good English so communication will not be a problem.

Review 108：We were changed from hotel to cabin and the reception staff were not atall helpful as we had to walk our luggage through the snow and ice forapprox 1km to our cabin, it was very slippery and dangerous. As we werenot expecting to be in a cabin we had no supplies, food etc and onceagain the reception staff were not at all obliging with helping us outwith just tea and coffee. We were there over Christmas so mostsupermarkets were closed, and we were isolated with it being a half hourwalk to the nearest shop if it was open. We had to use taxis just to getto and from the cabin as the hotel offered no shuttle facilities. Wouldsuggest they look at shuttle bus connections to the cabins and to thecity. We are happy to provide further information if you need.

The hotel is located on a beautiful hill, with nice tracks starting practically from the main door of the hotel. Also, the hotel has the best restaurant in Rovaniemi. Excellent wines and good food.
