Review 1：Regrettably the bed was uncomfortable as every movement is transferred to a partner. After a difficult long journey it was not conducive to a good nights rest! The cafeteria adjoined did not have many appetising snacks more choice required.

Review 17：Make sure to ask reception to switch on the aircon for your room as it is centrally controlled from there. Use of public car park around corner is quite awkward if travelling with couple of suitcases, as not possible to park outside hotel to offload or load bags.

Review 18：The hotel is perfectly situated beside the river with the bridge crossing to the main historic centre right outside. The rooms are very modern very tastefully decorated, room and bathroom both spacious. Air con and wifi both available. Hotel has agreed reduced rate with public car park situated around the corner.

Review 19：No drop-off so a long walk up steps from public car park with luggage. Pillows like rocks. Bathroom waste-bin in bits, reported but not replaced. Bathroom light illuminates whole room, sharp edges to everything. Small shower despite large bathroom. Bathroom door doesn't shut. No plug in basin. Had to ask for air conditioning each day, too noisy to have window open. The bed, immaculate on top, had not been made underneath and was just as we'd got out on last day. Bathroom toiletries were not replaced. Breakfast room surrounded by mirrors, very disconcerting, and difficult to get to the food because of layout. "Hot" breakfast items were cold, and there was no ordinary tea or muesli, just 3 lots of cornflakes! Wi-fi has to be entered within 2 hours (we weren't told), then only one code worked.

I ended up covering up all the drains and keeping the door closed to the bathroom, but this did distract from being able to enjoy an otherwise lovely hotel.

Review 41：The price; the bathrooms by the entry lobby were pretty dirty late in the afternoon; if you walk into the bathroom during the night, the whole room gets lit up by the bathroom lights waking everybody up. Also, the kitchen staff could have been more accomodating when we asked whether we could have only the soap from the 'special menu'; they said 'no', either the whole thing or nothing.

We barely ate and when we were heading off - as we had meetings all morning and a late lunch - we were taking a banana with us. The employee came back into the room and shouted at us saying you can't take food out of the room. It's written on the paper on the wall, he said. Very rude and unpleasant experience. The air conditioned in the room did not work and the curtain did not close properly. Sound isolation is bad: we can hear all noise from outside, from other rooms and from the elevator.

Room cleanliness was poor: there was hair all over the place when I arrived and the floor was rather dirty. There was a laptop in the room but the codes they gave at the reception did not work.

Review 120：Before arriving we called the hotel to ask for directions to get to the carpark and the receptionist could not find our reservation. Odd and disturbing. Upon arriving the impression of the receptionist was stressy and not very capable, not being able to locate our reservation. Wifi code is only valid for 1 device for 2 days. So if you stay longer or have more than one device (...) you have to get another (long) code which is an ordeal to get over the phone.
