Review 1：I experienced too many negative things at this abortion of a hotel to fit it all in these few sentences. I suggest you hire a cleaner and fire whoever worked your phones on Christmas Day. There are few things more infuriating than some complacent customer assistant telling you that the fact that the wifi is not working isn't possible and one of those things is easily moving from one room to a new one, because there was blood on the bed sheets, only to find cutlery in the new room's cupboard so crusty that the forks were essentially spoons.

Review 4：Stress free, decent accommodation with good privacy and easy parking. Codes to get in made it very easy. Good value.
Review 5：Was on a business trip and expected to work on my room but wifi was not working and they couldn't do anything about it. Nothing around, you must know the place and have a car.
Review 6：I did not like that wi-fi is interrupted several times a day. I have to wait 10-15 minutes before get it back and entered password several times. Not all the guests knew the key of door (please for garbage), sometimes leave packages near the entrance.
Review 7：Hotel is located in a very quiet location. Nearby is a beach and small park based on boulder to relax and walk. The place is very quiet and comfortable for couples or with children, if you want to relax from the bustling city for a few days. The hotel is clean. 20 min. drive from Helsinki by car. ))
Review 8：There were two keypads on the front door, so it took some time for realizing which one was the correct one for entering the code. There should be instructions which keypad to use:)
Review 9：Hotel situated in a beautiful area, the sea was just in the back of the hotel. Everything necessary for pleasant stay was in the room.
Review 10：I arrived late in the evening because of the flight. I got a code in a message to open the front door. But no room was mentioned in the message. Apparently it was mentioned in Finnish in the middle of an English message! So I had to call. Then in the room, there was dishwasher soap, sponges, product to clean the wc... but no shampoo or shower gel! I called again and they told me I could only check after 8 the next day, but I had to be picked up at 8. So you can imagine my shower... :-S Would never come back there.

Review 12：Cleanliness was not good in first room -- black mold in the bathroom and they seemed unconcerned and very resistant to moving us to another room. No front desk, no daily maid service or maid service in 11 days of stay. Lots of Russians staying there as their home so cooking smells lots. You have to call a phone number from 9am-5pm if you have a problem, rest of the time there is no help. Little soap in the room, dishes in the room were dirty and I don't think they care if you had a good time. Sent us an email saying we had to clean the room before we left or we would be charged, but we didn't clean and we will not accept any credit card charges if they try to charge us. We did take out our own trash. They did give us another set of towels when we asked for them. We were glad to leave. It is a nonsmoking hotel but people smoke right out side the entry door and in the elevator. Landscaping and exterior upkeep is minimal.

Review 23：The reception closes at 13:00 on a Sunday. When you like me travel for business and arrive late, the instructions how to get in was far from clear. Costed to get shelter in a taxi plus a number of phone before I could get in. It was raining the whole night and the loud dripping of water from the roof on to the windowsill made it hard to fall a sleep
Review 24：The room was absolutly OK, clean and well equipped. The bed was standard but for what you pay correct. I liked the bathroom, well designed.
Review 25：I stayed 2nd time at this hotel. I prefer it because of excelent price for 4* service, good location if you are by car. It is not a problem to go in center of Helsinki by car (20 minutes). Rich breakfast.
Review 26：There was only one small towel for two persons and it was dirty! Andthere was hair on the floor in bathroom. I think they forgot to cleanthis room. It is very difficult to find this hotel, it is very far fromthe airport, city center and other attractions.
