Reviews for Gran Hotel de Jaca

Review 1:The room and bathroom were very tired and outdated with a limited view over buildings. The attitude and behaviour of one of the receptionists was unprofessional when we voiced our concern about the room. Access to the area to park motorbikes was too narrow for our bike so we had to leave it in the street. There are many much nicer hotels in Jaca.

Review 2:Location at the heart of the city. Pool and surrounds very pleasant. Rooms of a decent size. Air con worked well. Excellent value. Secure parking for motorcycles.

Review 3:Noisy, echoes of doors banging, lift doors also, furniture scraping along floors, they could make it quieter if they wanted, its all a bit tired there.

Review 4:Clean, friendly staff, nice, central location.

Review 5:Nothing.

Review 6:Excellent half way stop on our recent trip across the Pyrenees, good location of hotel and will visit Jaca again and hopefully will have the time to stay longer next time.

Review 7:Unfortunately we chose a day when 100+ teenagers were in the house for ski holiday... bedlam until very late at night. SNeedxtaff unable or not prepared to intervene.

Review 8:A grand hotel in ages past perhaps but now in much need of an update. Accommodation acceptable but "tired"

Review 9:The food was excellent but as usual in Spain we had to wait till 20.30 before the dinning room was open which is much to late for us. The rooms were comfortable and quite and the aircon worked well.

Review 10:typical spanish resort hotel that might as well could have been on the canary islands. kind of wird in a small pyranees mountain town

Review 11:suits the purpose. low price

Review 12:facilities were poor , no bar open , parking it was very poor we had to park on the road outside with a fair walk to the hotel each time .

Review 13:location was good,

Review 14:Shame there is no longer a mini-bar (fridge)

Review 15:Fantastic value, nice pool, very central location, free parking, good a/c. No pressure to buy breakfast or eat in hotel.

Review 16:A minor detail but so it was. The table lamp´s light when I went into the room at night did not work. I called reception and they could not change the bulb neither could they give me a light bulb so that I could myself change it. Later on I found out that it did work, only the bedside connection to that lamp was turned off. As simple as that but I wish they could have provided me a bulb, since it seemed I was going to be in the room at a dark table and could not read. I hope they can solve such a minor thing in the future since the rest was very pleasant.

Review 17:Location above all. And the rest, in general, really nice. Good value for money.
