Review 1：Not fully adequate utilities ibn the kitchen area. I have already sent the information to Hellsten Hotels directly. I have complained about those things before after staying several times at Hellsten Senate.

Review 3：There is not really anything that we did not like.

Review 4：We liked the location as it is near the train station and the shopping mall Sello. Also as we had an early departure we were given breakfast package the night before. It was a good gesture.

Review 5：There was smell of cigarette smoke when we came in and it didn't go away, even though smoking is prohibited. The previous guest must have been smoking on the french balcony and left the balcony door and/or window open. Also, a minor thing, but HDMI cable connected to laptop didn't seem to work, couldn't change the input source.

Review 7：Not well cleaned, out of date, needs update/renovation. Worst of all even if smoke free rooms my room smelled as 20 persons had been smoking there last couple of weeks without any real trial of decontamination.

Review 8：I had to isssue one with TV that did not work . the other one with the door of the shower that did not work. I mentioned this to the reception and this was fixed in the day.

Review 15：Breakfast is poor. The kitchen in the apartment was dirty when we arrived. Kitchen utensils are worn our. Dust on the lamps is about 1 cm. The bathroom is tiny-the smallest bathroom we ever seen in hotels ever. .

Review 26：The breakfast looks like breakfast, but everything seems very cheap: watered down juice, some really awful margarine (no butter at all), every morning they had run out of tomatoes and cucumber, wouldn't dare touch the very cheap looking sausages and "meat" balls. Bread was good.

Review 30：The extra bed is a folded bed, and it is unfortunately uneven by design, so my back got some sickness after long sleeping. I had to find a best position on it. Despite that the hotel is located in a residential area, there is noticeable external noise from the King Ring I street - similar to a large city. But with the closed window it is completely silent.

Review 31：Very convenient room and furniture, a lot of space, good kitchen with dishes and multiple home appliances, separated toiled and bathroom, and a sauna right in the room - this is a best double-room I ever stayed at. No moskitos - we lived with open windows all the time.

Review 35：Windows are really old and you can easily hear a cars passing by close located highway. It was quite cold in the room, even when the heater was set to max temp. Fridge was really noisy, especially dusring the night :(

Review 39：In room only visibility of cleannes. All dust was under the carpet and bed. Fridge also all in dust. Kitchenware is also quite far from new state. There was even no sponge! Bathroom is full of water everytime after you take bath. No cleaning at all, they tell, that they do not clean rooms every day... They clean your room only after check out!!! Breakfast is not so bad but It is not worth money you have to pay. May be because of that they took money on the check in.

Review 41：Card terminal must be changed - twice I`m use this hotel, and twice it`s not working properly - all the time said , that PIN is wrong, but I´m sure - it`s OK !

Review 43：There is no notion of comfort, just pure functionality. I found it a little highly priced for what one actually gets, but on the other hand, it was only for one night and the location suited me perfectly.

Review 49：Second night (after a few days) we booked 2 rooms, specifying that we wanted very close rooms (2 adults and 2 teenager girls). They gave us very small rooms very far, at the other side of the buildings!! No way to change them, and the lady at the reception was extremely rude. NOT recommended!!!

Review 50：First night quite OK, big quadruple room, nothing special, cleaning was not the best and beds very very small.

Review 51：We have stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I made a reservation for 1 night only by mistake and when we arrived we asked for the possibility to stay one night more. The reception staff replied positively. We have paid for 2 nights + pets and that is all. However, at the check out, we found out that we need to pay 21 Eur more because "the computer calculated wrong and there was a mistake in tariffs between the price we booked for and the price for the second night (?!)"...All in all if that TOTAL price would have been named me at the arrival, I would not prolong my stay there as it was cheaper for me to buy another ferry ticket... Breakfast could have been a little bit better - scrambled eggs or some salad would perfectly fit.

Review 52：Great location, very calm. Great room, however a little bit dirty chairs and bed covers. Free parking in front of the hotel.

Review 53：Dishes were not clean enough. At least a fan is needed for the summer time since if one opens the windows, Some kinds of insects will arrive inside the apartment.
