Surrounded by the impressive scenery of the Hohe Tauern National Park, Hunguest Hotel Heiligenblut enjoys a scenic location at the foot of the Großglockner, Austria’s highest mountain. It features a restaurant, a spa area with an indoor pool, 3 tennis courts, and a squash court.
The double rooms were renovated in 2015 and feature mountain views, a seating area, an LED TV with various satellite TV and radio channels in different languages, a safe, laminate floors, and a modern bathroom with a rain shower. The TVs also feature a webcam channel showing the nearby hiking and ski areas as well as the Großglockner High Alpine Road.
WiFi and wired internet access are available free of charge in the Heiligenblut Hunguest Hotel’s public areas.
For children, the hotel offers a kids club with a petting zoo and a playground. A programme of activities such as guided hikes, rafting, canyoning, and gold panning is offered in summer.

Review 1：Perfect location for Gross Glockner pass. Staying 3 nights got us a free pass for the Glockner road that we used for 4 days. We had rooms with a super view of the mountains. The buffet meals were excellent.

Review 3：Friendly staff, breakfast, option for late check our cause of the running event. The heating was on due to a little lower temperatures.
Review 4：Internal pool opening hours could be longer +1 hour. Our children would like to enjoy water after dinner, but if we spent time skiing all day until closure and went to dinner after short rest, there was already pool closure within less than 1 hour.

Review 8：Price is high. We just wanted a place to stay for the night. I guess this hotel is more of a resort and better for people who want to stay a few days. There were many activities of which we did not take advantage. Meals were a nice buffet, but we were hoping for more of a sit down restaurant.
