Review 1：Parking was a little difficult but we arrived on a festival day. I wouldn't let that put you off going to this great hotel.

Review 2：The staff are very helpful and friendly with a great attention to the customer. The food was excellent, we could not have asked for better.

Review 13：We had been walking the Camino and we both had muscular stresses. We decided to stay on Burgos a couple of days and rest. The staff was very helpful: front desk person spoke English which was extremely helpful, the Resturant help never minded the frequent requests for ice, the maid service was always pleasant.

Review 14：We have stayed here on a number of occasions and will return again. The hotel is located on the Camino and close to all the attractions and facilities of Burgos. The staff are great (if overworked), the food is good and overall it's great value. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very good.

Review 20：Location great for camino walkers. Staff pleasant and helpful. For Camino walkers , there is a dry cleaner/laundry straight out hotel main entrance, pass by banks and shops then turn right and continue down footpath shop on your right

Review 21：Have no idea why this hotel scores highly. Our "spacious" room (504) had no window (just a skylight) and as it was under the roof you couldn't stand up in half of it without bumping your head. Furniture was down to a bare shabby minimum. We booked for two but there was just one pillow, one glass, one bedside lamp. Alos, there was no fire evacuation notice on door (and the alarm went off along with the electicity in the middle of the night). I don't know what the other hotels are like in Burogs but I would advise you to move on unless you have no other options.

Review 27：It might be unjust to give that low score, but when we arrived to the hotel, there was trash in the floor of the entrance. They gave us a room in the first floor, but this woke me up at 6 in the morning when movement started in the cafeteria of the hotel, as it was just below our window. First floor is quite noisy. They charge for pets but they don't give any service in return.

Review 31：The rooms were very minimalist, which was fine, but there were several small things that were broken in the room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, the bed was broken and made lots of noise when turning over (and was very uncomfortable!), the lamp wouldn't turn off unless unplugged from the wall, and one of the plugs was broken. There is no sound proofing, but we didn't have a problem sleeping.

Review 33：Good location. Very average bland room with no outlook, but quiet. We were unable to get the air conditioning to work satisfactorily in our room although it was good in public places. Fortunately, because it was a weekend we were able to park for free immediately around the corner.

Review 54：There is a parking lot right outside the entrance. The décor is really beautiful and the staff very friendly. Location is extremely convenient to everything we wanted to see--especially the Cathedral. Lots of nice wine/tapas bars close by.

Review 55：Parking. The best option is let the car in the Underground parking Plaza España (costs 12 eur per day) and avoid timeconsuming crossing of the messy parkingplace in front of the hotel building. A dog costs 7 eur per night.

Review 57：Low price was a great deal for such a nice room. It was clean and comfortable with a hot shower, comfortable bed and free WiFi. It is a short walk from the Burgos Cathedral and a market. To reach the hotel by bus from the train station, take line 25 or 43 to Plaza España. You can pay the driver € 1.00 per person for a ticket and the ride takes 25 minutes or so.

Review 70：A detailed road map would be helpful. The road name was not fully given, the sat nav could not direct us to the garage which was down a paved back street and the sat nav did not know the hotel existed. It was very very stressful. We had to park the car, find it on foot and get advice from reception to locate it. Would not recommend the garage as it is too small and narrow. No only-average driver could get in or out again. It was frightening to think we could have got completely stuck wedged in the entrance to the lift to get out.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful in dealing with our questions. There is no car parking but hotel patrons receive a discount in using the nearby underground carpark which is several hundred metres away.
