Review 1：The rooms weren't very clean, sand and dust on the floor. The kitchen didn't have microwave. A little cold in december, had to stay with the electric heat radiator all the time. The power went off a couple of times if you were cooking , watching tv, and having heat plugged in, had to close one of them.

Review 6：In all fairness this is a fairly old hotel and if the janitor staff are not aware of issues they cannot correct them, The window runners in our room did not permit proper closure without help. A few minor things but that did not detract in any way from our stay or returning here again.

Review 7：Staff were friendly and mostly English speaking a bonus for those that do not speak Spanish, Location was close to the beach 3/4 min walk parking was not a problem but could be during high season. Good value for the rate I would stay there again.

Review 18：The shower in the apartment was very substandard and was frankly unacceptable. It would put me off recommending the Palm Beach in case the people got the same room 306! I did email the Palm Beach regarding this.

They said when we booked with you they did not know if studios would be available surely they should tell you so you would not let people book these.

Review 32：The room was quite messy, the dust on the ceiling fans was so thick there was no point in turning them on. Had some problems with the windows - the frames tend to get stuck. Had to keep the windows closed at nights as the first floor apartments are easily accessible from the building extension roof.

Review 42：Was suppose to be a wheelchair accessible apartment, it was not my husband had to go in backwards with chair as could not use toilet an bathroom, the cupboards with all the pans plates glassware cups, jug and other such items were far to high and way out of our reach even I being able body couldn't reach these items with out standing on a chair which is not good as I suffer from vertigo. The peculator gave us diorea as we found it had not been cleaned for about a year or so, there for my husband I were very ill for almost 2weeks holiday ruined. I took photos of the apartment to show how things were made difficult for my hubby, also we were first given a studio apartment which was very unsuitable we were promised a disabled apartment on the ground floor, but then was found this one on third floor not on ground like I was told...

Smell from restaurant of stale food and hydrogenated fat filled the foyer. Dirty windows, dirty curtains and sofa in apartment. Bath badly stained. Broken shower tap. Toilet seat broken.

Review 53：Shops and shore are nearby and the corner view of the coast from the apartment was excellent. Most locals do not speak english however they were very friendly. The hotel staff spoke very good english and helped with car hire, made calls for us, any prints needed and obviously had good knowledge of the area. Definitely recommend if on a budget or not.

Review 54：Although we had booked a studio with balcony, we were put in a one bedroom apartment. We were told this was a upgrade, as this is a more expensive room. I explained that I would prefer the room I had booked. The reception staff were helpful and found us a studio with a balcony and a lovely sea view. Well done Palm Beach! Excellent customer service, in my experience a reality in Spain.

Review 61：The bath was disoloured, this was wear not dirt. They provided a portable oven/grill but not a tray or dish to use inside the oven. Cheese on toast had to lie on the oven shelf. Very few rooms have balconys.

Review 63：On booking the site stated that there was on site, supermarket, restaurant and bar, however for the duration of the 2 weeks I spent here all of these were closed as the staff were on holiday which meant of course that I had to go further afield for these services where-as one of the main reasons for booking these apartments was that there were on site facilities.

Review 80：This is a perfect hotel for a short or medium long stay. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the best beach in the area and staff are more than happy to give advice on independent travelling. We had a problem with the booking, which was no fault of the hotel (we won't be using Lowcost Holidays again), but staff made phone calls to find out what had happened and printed paperwork so we could sort it out back home. Would like to come back for longer stay as 4 days not enough to fit in everything.

Review 82：We love that area. It is safe to go out on your own. The staff are very friendly and try and help with anything you want. The view from apartment was beautiful but we were on 8 th floor. Lower floors wouldn't get same view. Café/bar is great. Paco is laid back and the meals etc were very good.

Review 83：as soon as we opened the ancient lifts our view of this old building was confirmed,the lift stopped at the 2nd floor and opened on to a dirty dingy hall & corridor, our room was everything we had dreaded i.e. cramped,old grubby furinture,no balcony etc. we returned to the reception to ask for a upgrade and was told nothing was available,having prepaid for the rooms we had to spend 4 rubbish days there,it ruined our holiday. we visit torremolinos 4/5 times a year and we are not expecting 5star hotels for 2star prices but please upgrade this property it is awfull

Air conditioning is subject to an additional cost of EUR 5 per day.There are deluxe studios that are adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
