Review 1：The garbage was not collected from the room daily. No room service at all. the first day the rooms were not cleaned till 5 PM . Short supply of food for breakfast.

Review 2：The location was excellent. The staff were nice and tried to be helpful but obviously the hotel was understaffed.

Review 3：The friendliness of the staff, the excellent restaurant - breakfast and dinner, and the accessibility to the ski pistes. Its location in the quiet upper part of Courchevel was also appreciated.

Review 4：Corchevel is stunningly expensive - gin & tonic and a small beer 25 euros, a salad lunch with a bottle of wine, 120 euros. Decent bottle of wine in the hotel was upwards of 50 euros. The standard double is seriously small, to the point we upgraded to a medium sized alternative, costing an extra 65 euros a night, which even then wasn't massive. The rooms had a business hotel feel about them, not at all alpine. General smell of tobacco smoke around the place and unlike most places I've stayed at, wasn't that warm. On the first evening we went down to dinner, only to be told it was full and to come back in 15 minutes, bizarre!!! I can't put my finger on it, but there is something missing about the place, it's a bit sole less.

Review 5：There is a bubble lift directly outside the hotel which services the Jardin Alpes area for both skiiers and non-skiers. The lift works from 8 till 8 and is free going down all the time and free up and down between 5 and 8, which sorts the apres in the village if you need it. The lift to the village is a very short hop, which makes this an excellent location in a beautiful forest setting. Ski shop and store down stairs is ideal. Ski in and Ski out. The half board food was acceptable, with a good pud and cheese selection. Lounge areas very pleasant with good alpine views. Good pool area and good sun terrace. The snow conditions were the best I've ever seen at easter. You could easily have ski'd up to the last lift [just luck].

Review 6：Evening meals could be better. Good was bland and similar every night. Drinks took a long time to come and were overpriced. No iron in the room and no opportunity to borrow one

Staff were helpful and pleasant. Heated pool and Sauna a bonus. As a package it was excellent value for money. We will definitely be going again.

Last day we haven't found our keys at the lobby, some people (other guests, or maybe not) brought it to us with the words: "it was near billiards table", and after this they are asking to leave the keys at the lobby...

Review 38：The location is excellent, with a fabuous sun terrace - excellent in a sunny March. Room was spacious and clean with a really good bathroom. Breakfasts were very good and the pool was also first class.
