Review 11：Breakfast was OKish, but very very basic, especially the warm stuff. Finding the parking entrance was a bit tricky. It would have helped, if the hotel web-page (or any other information) would just stay that parking is in the same place than parking for the whole shopping mall. Inside the parking hall signs were clear.

Review 31：GLO Sello is a modern hotel, clean, very quiet (although in the same building with a large shopping center). It is also suitable for families with small children - baby cribs are available and in good order. The rooms are rather large, cozy, bed was really comfortable, it fits even for taller people. The staff is very friendly and helps with any problems (we had to change booking several times). The location of hotel is good - bus and train station are next to the same building, so it is easy to go to Helsinki.

Review 91：We booked a deluxe room. The price was supposed to include luxury Keisibath products and some snacks. The bath products were non-existent. Iasked for them and the cleaning lady brought a bag of some smallbottles. One of them was marked Keisi. No luxury. The snacks were twocereal bars. What I learned: don't book a deluxe room, the standardone is the same but cheaper!We have been here many times before, now was the first time I was slightly disappointed. The wall of our room was stained (with water?) and the previous very friendly atmosphere just wasn't there. This was a standard experience, not a bit luxurious like it used to be.
